Coverack
Coverack (Cornish: Porthkovrek, meaning cove of the stream) is a coastal village and fishing port in Cornwall, England, UK. It is on the east side of the Lizard peninsula, about nine miles south of Falmouth. Coverack has several hotels and a youth hostel. The area is a centre for watersports, particularly wind surfing, sailing and diving. The nearby rocks known as The Manacles have been the site of many shipwrecks and as a consequence are now a favourite diving destination.

St Anthony-in-Meneage is a coastal civil parish and village in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. The parish is in the Meneage district of The Lizard peninsula. In the 2001 census the parish had a population of 171. The village is situated on a peninsula between the Helford River and Gillan Harbour on the west side of Falmouth Bay, five miles (8 km) south of Falmouth and seven miles (11 km) east of Helford at grid reference SW 782 256.
The Gear Rout
The Gear Rout was a Cornish insurrection of 1648 following the end of the English Civil War. It involved some 500 Cornish rebels who fought on the Royalist side against the Parliamentarian forces of Sir Hardress Waller. Cornish forces had fought on the Royalist side in the defence of the Duchy against the New Model Army in the Civil War and had perceived it as a war of national liberation against the English Parliament, which the Cornish ultimately lost.
Porthoustock
Porthoustock is a hamlet near St Keverne in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom, on the east coast of Lizard Peninsula. Aggregates are quarried nearby and Porthoustock beach is dominated by a large concrete stone mill. The mill was once used to crush stone but is now disused. Container ships of up to 82m can dock alongside the wharf along the southern edge of the beach to be loaded with stone.

Tregonan Grange
Tregonan Grange was a Cistercian grange of Beaulieu Abbey at Tregonan in the parish of St Keverne, Cornwall, England, UK. It was founded before 1263 and expropriated before 1527; "considerable remains" existing 1755 have since disappeared. St Keverne was the site of a small Celtic monastery which survived the Norman Conquest but was seized soon after by lay hands. The lands of Tregonan came into the possession of the Cistercian Abbey of Beaulieu.
