A556 road
The A556 is a road in England which extends from the village of Delamere in Cheshire to the village of Bowdon in Greater Manchester. The road contains a mixture of single and dual carriageway sections and forms a large part of the route between Manchester and Chester. The part of the route between the M6 motorway junction 19 and the M56 motorway junction 7 is a major route into Manchester and has been considered for upgrade to Motorway status and was to be known as the A556(M).
Willington, Cheshire
Willington is a village and civil parish, about 9 miles from Chester, in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. The placename means "village of a woman called Winflǣd", from the Old English personal name Winflǣd + tun "farm, village". The name was recorded in the Domesday Book as Winfletone, and as Wynlaton in the 12th century. The village contains a public house (The Boot), a farm shop and a hotel (Willington Hall).

It is approximately 8 miles west of Winsford and north of Tarporley and 9 miles east of Chester. Utkinton is at the heart of the local farming community. The upper part of Utkinton is known as 'Quarry Bank'. It has a small population of around 600.

St Helen's Church, Tarporley, is in the village of Tarporley, Cheshire, England. It is an active Anglican parish church in the diocese of Chester, the archdeaconry of Chester and the deanery of Malpas. Its benefice is united with those of St John and Holy Cross, Cotebrook, St Thomas, Eaton, and St Paul, Utkinton. The church is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building.
Bishop Bennet Way
The Bishop Bennet Way is a route for horse riding in south west Cheshire, England, which can also be used by walkers and cyclists. It is named after William Bennet (4 March 1745 - 1820), Bishop of Cork and Ross (1790–1794) and subsequently Bishop of Cloyne (1794–1820), who carried out detailed surveys of roman roads including those between Deva and Mediolanum. The way starts near Beeston Castle and as of 2008 finishes near Wirswall on the Cheshire-Shropshire border.

Duddon Old Hall is a house in the village of Duddon, Cheshire, England. It dates from the later part of the 16th century. Alterations and additions were made in the early 19th century, and later in the century the timber framing was restored. It is constructed partly in timber-framing, and partly in brick, on a stone plinth. It is roofed partly in stone-slate, and partly in Welsh slate. The plan consists of a hall with a cross wing.

It lies roughly halfway between the villages of Huxley (to the southeast) and Hargrave (to the southwest), It dates from the late 15th century, with major additions and alterations in the 17th century. A small addition was made to the rear in the 19th century. It was originally a courtyard house, but only two wings remain.
