Dee 106.3
Dee 106.3 is an Independent Local Radio station broadcasting to the city of Chester. It has its studios at 2 Chantry Court in Chester. The transmitter is on top of the Steam Mill building in Chester city centre, next to the Shropshire Union Canal and reaches much of Flintshire. It was the first station expressly for Chester. It was also the first commercial radio station for Deeside. On 11 June 2009, the station bought local neighbouring station - 106.9 Silk FM - from The Local Radio Company.

Chester Shot Tower, also known as Boughton Shot Tower, is a grade-II*-listed shot tower located at SJ413667 in the Boughton district of Chester, England. The tower stands beside the Shropshire Union Canal and forms part of the disused Chester Leadworks. Built by Walkers, Parker & Co. in 1799, the tower is the oldest of three remaining shot towers in the UK, and probably the oldest such structure still standing in the world.

St Paul's Church, Boughton, overlooks the River Dee in the city of Chester, Cheshire, England. The church is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building, and is an active Anglican parish church in the diocese of Chester, the archdeaconry of Chester and the deanery of Chester. In the series Buildings of England, the architectural historian Nikolaus Pevsner stated that he regarded it as "the boldest of Douglas' church designs".
Zion Chapel, Chester
Zion Chapel, Chester is in Grosvenor Park Road, Chester, Cheshire, England. It has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade II listed building. The chapel was built in 1879–80 to a design by John Douglas. It was originally a Baptist chapel. It is built in red brick with stone dressings and the roof is of red-brown clay tiles. It consists of an undercroft, a church and ancillary rooms. The west end faces the road and has corner turrets.
Grosvenor Park, Chester
Grosvenor Park is a public park in the city of Chester, Cheshire, England. It consists of 20 acres of land overlooking the River Dee. It is regarded as one of the finest and most complete examples of Victorian parks in the North West of England, if not nationally. The park is designated as Grade II in the National Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.
St Barnabas' Church, Chester
St Barnabas' Church, Chester is a redundant Anglican church in Sibell Street, Chester, Cheshire, England. It is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II listed building. The church was built as a mission church, financed from public subscription, to serve the workers living near Chester railway station. The church and the adjacent curate's house were designed by John Douglas in 1877. The church is built in brick with stone dressings. The house is also in brick with a timber-framed front.
English Presbyterian Church of Wales, Chester
The English Presbyterian Church of Wales, Chester, is located in City Road, Chester, Cheshire, England. The church was built in 1864, and designed by Michael Gummow of Wrexham. It is constructed with a stuccoed front and brick sides, and has a slate roof. The architectural style is Neoclassical, Its entrance front is in five bays; it has a portico with four Ionic columns, and a three-bay pediment. The opposite end of the church is apsidal.

Uffington House, Chester
Uffington House is located in Dee Hills Park, Chester, Cheshire, England. It was built in 1885 for Thomas Hughes, the author of Tom Brown's School Days, and designed by Edward Ould. It is constructed in red brick with stone and terracotta dressings and a red tile roof. The house is in two storeys with cellars and an attic. Its architectural features include turrets surmounted by spires with lead finials. The house has been designated by English Heritage sa a Grade II listed building.
