Summit Tunnel
The Summit Tunnel in England is one of the oldest railway tunnels in the world: it was built between 1838 and 1841 by the Manchester and Leeds Railway beneath the Pennines. The tunnel is located between Littleborough and Walsden, Todmorden and created a vital gateway between Manchester and Leeds.

Mons Mill, Todmorden
Mons Mill, Todmorden is a cotton spinning mill in Todmorden, Calderdale, West Yorkshire for the Hare Spinning Company Limited. It was built in 1907, but ran into financial difficulties. It passed over to the Mons Mill (1919) Co Ltd and then was taken over by the Lancashire Cotton Corporation in the 1930s and passed to Courtaulds in 1964 and production stopped in 1968. It was used into the 1990s by Ward & Goldestone Ltd. The site was cleared in 2000.
Dobroyd Castle
Dobroyd Castle is an important historic building above the town of Todmorden, West Yorkshire, England. It was built for John Fielden, local mill owner and son of Honest John Fielden the Social Reformer and MP. The building has had a varied past. First built as an extravagant mansion house, then it was used as a school, it then became a Buddhist Retreat centre and the building is currently used as an Activity Centre for Primary School Groups. The castle has 66 rooms and is Grade II* listed.
Todmorden Unitarian Church
Todmorden Unitarian Church was a redundant Unitarian church, which is located in Honey Hole Road, Todmorden, West Yorkshire, England, but it is now holding services again. It occupies an elevated position overlooking the town. It has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade I listed building, and is under the care of the Historic Chapels Trust.
