Chivery

Chivery is a hamlet located in the Chiltern Hills in the present day parish of Aston Clinton, in Aylesbury Vale District in the county of Buckinghamshire, England. Chivery's southern boundary is formed by the ancient earthworks known as Grim's Ditch. To the north it is bounded by Wendover Woods. Historically Chivery was part of the manor of Aston Clinton.

Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre

The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre is in the village of Great Missenden in Buckinghamshire, England, which was the home of the children's and short story writer Roald Dahl for 36 years until his death in 1990. The museum was officially opened on 10 June 2005 by Cherie Blair and open to the public on 11 June 2005. It is housed in an old coaching inn and yard, which has been converted into a museum at a cost of £4.5 million.

Haddington Hill

Haddington Hill (also called Wendover Hill) is a hill in The Chilterns, and the highest point in the English county of Buckinghamshire. On the north-eastern flank is Coombe Hill, not to be confused with another Coombe Hill 4 kilometres to the south-west. Haddington Hill is owned by the Forestry Commission, whose Wendover Woods cover much of the hill.

Pavis Wood is an area of woodland on a hill located near Hastoe in Tring, north-western Hertfordshire,England. A point on its eastern slopes is the highest point in the county of Hertfordshire at 244 m (801 ft). Wendover Woods

Wendover Woods is an area of woodland on the north edge of the Chiltern Hills in England. Named after the nearby town of Wendover, the woods are owned by the Forestry Commission. Covering 325 ha, the woods are a mixture of coniferous and broadleaved trees. There are several signed walks for recreation, as well as bridleways, picnic and barbecue areas and a children's playground. A Go Ape treetop adventure course opened in 2008.
