Reebok Stadium
The Reebok Stadium is the home stadium of English Football League Championship club Bolton Wanderers, and is located on the Middlebrook Retail Park in Horwich, in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester. It is commonly known as 'The Reebok'. It has four stands: The Bolton Evening News (North) Stand at one end, the South Stand (the away end) at the other end, the West Stand at one side of the pitch and the Nat Lofthouse (east) Stand at the other side.
Lower Rivington Reservoir
Lower Rivington Reservoir is at the end of the Rivington chain of reservoirs in Lancashire, with Upper Rivington Reservoir to the north, and Rivington Water Treatment Works to the south. The engineer for the Rivington reservoirs was Thomas Hawksley and construction took place between 1852 and 1857. The Lower Rivington reservoir has two dams, the 646 metre long, 12.2 metre high Millstone Embankment and Horwich Embankment which is 506 metres long and 18.6m high.
Grundy Hill
Grundy Hill was the former home stadium of Horwich RMI association football club in Horwich, Greater Manchester, England, near the Horwich Leisure Centre. The field had a capacity of approximately 5,000 spectators, with 500 being seated. The terraces were covered on three sides and featured railings. Grundy Hill's pitch famously sloped both downwards and also side-to-side, and was reputed to have its own microclimate.
Bolton Arena
The Bolton Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena, located at Middlebrook on the boundary between Horwich and Lostock in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, Greater Manchester, England. The arena was designed for Bolton Council and its partners Sport England and the Lawn Tennis Association by Bolton architects Bradshaw Gass & Hope who also acted as lead consultants and Structural Engineers to the project. Construction took place between October 1999 and February 2001 and cost £10,000,000.
Red Moss, Greater Manchester
Red Moss is a wetland mossland in Greater Manchester, located south of Horwich and east of Blackrod.. This is a national Site of Special Scientific Interest in the United Kingdom, due to its biodiversity and undisturbed character. Pollen analysis has revealed the first peat deposits of the northwest's mosslands to be from around 8,000 years BC making Red Moss an impressive 10,000 years old. Red Moss covers an area of 47.2 hectares.

Rivington Hall is a Grade II* Listed building located in Rivington, Lancashire, England. It was the manor house for the Lords of the Manor of Rivington. The hall is of various builds as successor to a fifteenth-century timber-framed courtyard house that was built near to the present building of which no trace remains. It is a private residence.

Holy Trinity Church, commonly known as Horwich Parish Church, is a Grade II listed building in Horwich, Greater Manchester, England. It is an active Church of England parish church and part of the Deane deanery in the archdeaconry of Bolton, diocese of Manchester. Holy Trinity Church is now part of the United Benefice of Horwich and Rivington, which includes the other two Anglican churches in Horwich, St Catherine's Church and St Elizabeth's Church, and Rivington Anglican Church.
