The Circus, Bath
The Circus is an example of Georgian architecture in the city of Bath, Somerset, England, begun in 1754 and completed in 1768. The name comes from the Latin 'circus', which means a ring, oval or circle. It has been designated as a Grade I listed building. Divided into three segments of equal length, the Circus is a circular space surrounded by large townhouses.

Fairfield House, Bath
Fairfield House, in Newbridge, Bath, England, was the residence of His Imperial Majesty, Haile Selassie I, Emperor of Ethiopia, during the five years he spent in exile (1936–41). Following his return to Ethiopia, he donated it to the city of Bath in 1958 as a residence for the aged. Fairfield House was used as a care home until 1993, when new room size requirements made it unsuitable for such use.
The Egg (Theatre)
The Egg (styled as the egg) is a theatre in Bath, built specifically for the use of young people. It was converted from a former cinema and church hall by architects Haworth Tompkins. The Grade II listed Victorian building houses the eponymous 'egg'-shaped auditorium, around which an arts cafe, rooftop rehearsal space and basement technical workshop are arranged. The idea was supported by the children's author Bel Mooney. It opened in October 2005.

Weston (Bath) railway station
Weston (Bath) was a small railway station in Bath, England, about a mile west of Bath Green Park railway station on the Midland Railway line. It was opened in 1869 when the Midland Railway's Bath branch was opened. It was served by stopping trains to Mangotsfield and the Bristol Midland Railway terminus at St Philips or Bristol Temple Meads, via Bitton and Oldland Common.
Twerton Park
Twerton Park is a multi-purpose stadium in the Twerton suburb of Bath, England. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Bath City. From 1986 to 1996 Bristol Rovers played there following their departure from Eastville. The stadium has a capacity of 8,800 people, with 1,006 seats. The ground was opened on 26 June 1909 as Innox Park on land that had been donated by Thomas Carr.

Weston cut is a man made channel, opened in 1727, for boats to approach and pass through Weston lock, which created an island between the cut and the river weir, which became known as Dutch island after the owner of the brass mill established on the river side in the early 18th century.

Ustinov Studio
The Ustinov Studio is a studio theatre in Bath, England. It is the Theatre Royal's second space, built in 1997 at the rear of the building on Monmouth Street. It is named after the actor Peter Ustinov. It is the home of Britain's largest annual international festival of adult puppetry, and a venue for an eclectic range of drama, dance and classical music. In 2006 it closed for a £1.5million, 15-month refurbishment undertaken by Haworth Tompkins.
Locksbrook
Locksbrook is a district in the south of the City of Bath in Somerset, England. Locksbrook lies on the north bank of the River Avon and is, effectively, the area between the river and the main A4 road. A footbridge, the "Halfpenny Bridge" crosses the Avon and connects the area with Twerton, lock number 6, the highest of the Avon River Navigation, is also to be found there. Locksbrook is the location of Locksbrook Cemetery the resting place of several notable people.

Locksbrook Cemetery is a municipal cemetery located in Lower Weston, Bath, England. It was opened in 1864 as Walcot Cemetery, and occupies 12 acres . The cemetery was closed for general use in 1937 with over 30,000 interments there. Nowadays it is designated as a 'Nature Conservation Site' by Bath and North East Somerset council, its owners.

Lansdown Cricket Club Ground
Lansdown Cricket Club Ground is a name which has been used to describe two cricket grounds in Bath, Somerset. Between 1825 and 1850, it was the name given to Lansdown Cricket Club's (LCC) ground 'Cricket Down'. In 1850, LCC moved to Sydenham Field, also in Bath. In 1869 the club moved again, and the name was then used for their 'Combe Park' ground, where they have played ever since.
Westmoreland Station (GWR)
Westmoreland Station was the goods station for the city of Bath in England, situated on the Great Western Railway line between the passenger stations of Oldfield Park and Bath. It took its name from Westmoreland Road, by which it stood. The goods station was opened in 1877, giving additional space on the constrained main station site, and a small engine shed was further moved from Bath station to Westmoreland in 1880.

Dr Forrest had a prestigious career, serving in the Army Medical Staff for 36 years supporting the British Army during a number of conflicts including the Crimean War, briefly being in charge of Scutari Hospital where Florence Nightingale was stationed, and was subsequently made an Honorary Physician to the Queen.
