American University in Dubai
The American University in Dubai (AUD) is a private, for-profit, non-sectarian institution of higher learning in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded in 1995. AUD was founded in 1995 as a branch campus of the American InterContinental University in Atlanta, Georgia, but turned into a private, non-sectarian institution in 2007. AUD is accredited regionally as a separate unit by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
Palm Islands
The Palm Islands are an artificial archipelago (islands) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort was a proposed hotel, designed by Prof. Roland Dieterle that would have been the world's first underwater luxury resort. It was planned to be situated 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf, just off Jumeira Beach in Dubai, and projected to cost $300 million to construct. The underwater hotel would have been one of the most expensive hotels on the earth.
Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, carved along a two mile (3 km) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed.

Dubai College is a British system independent school in the Al Sufouh area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, established in 1978. It is a secondary school for 11-16 year olds with a sixth form for 16-18 year old. Students prepare for the British GCSE and A level examinations. It is a non-profit organisation, and is administered by a board of governors,who control all matters of academic and financial policy.
Palm Jumeirah
The Palm Jumeirah is an artificial archipelago created using land reclamation by Nakheel, a company SQUARE owned by the Dubai government in United Arab Emirates and was designed and developed by HHCP architects. It is one of three islands called the Palm Islands which extend into the Persian Gulf, increasing Dubai’s shoreline by a total of 520 kilometres . The Palm Jumeirah is the smallest and the original of three Palm Islands under development by Nakheel.

It was developed by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, which also operates the Mall of the Emirates.

Dubai Media City (DMC), part of Dubai Holding, is a tax-free zone within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has been built by the Dubai government to boost UAE's media foothold, and has become a regional hub for media organizations including news agencies, publishing, online media, advertising, production, and broadcast facilities.
Jumeirah Lake Towers
The Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 79 towers being constructed along the edges of four artificial lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, Lake Elucio, and Lake Allure) as well as the JLT Embankment of 8 tower facing Jumeirah Islands. The lakes (which are about 3 metres deep) will be completely filled by end of 2009. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre .

23 Marina
23 Marina is a 90-storey, 392.8 m residential skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was the world's tallest all-residential building until the completion of the nearby Princess Tower. The tower has 57 swimming pools and each duplex in the tower is equipped with its own private elevator. The building was 79 percent sold before construction started. The raft was completed on 30 April 2007.
Pentominium
The Pentominium is a 122-storey, 516 m supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction on the tower was halted since August 2011. It was designed by Andrew Bromberg of architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings. The AED 1.46 billion (US$400 million) construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC). The Pentominium has one of the deepest excavations done in the world, performed by Swissboring Overseas Piling Corp.

Developments in Dubai
The Dubai government's decision to diversify from a trade-based but oil-reliant economy to one that is service- and tourism-oriented has made real estate and other developments more valuable, resulting in the property boom from 2004–2006. There are a number of large-scale projects which are currently under construction or will be constructed in the future.
AG Tower
The AG Tower is a 37-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (517 ft). Construction of the AG Tower was completed in 2008.
AAM Tower
The AAM Tower is a 46-floor tower in Dubai Media City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 244 m (800 ft). AAM Tower topped out in early 2008 and was completed later that year.
Shaiba Towers
Shaiba Towers is a twin tower residential apartment complex completed in 2008 in the TECOM Area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The taller tower, Shaiba Tower 1 is 155 m with 34 stories and 268 units, while Shaiba Tower 2 is 135 m, with 28 stories and 268 units . The tower complex has common facilities that include a swimming pool, gyms, sauna, steam and other accommodations.

Dubai International Jazz Festival
The Dubai International Jazz Festival is an annual music festival which is held every year in February and takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The festival is run by Chillout Productions. During its inception in 2003, the Dubai Jazz Festival had 8000 attendees, since then the number of visitors who come to the event has grown to over 20,000 visitors and has become a mainstay of Dubai's cultural events. The 2013 Jazz Festival will be the 8th festival held so far.

Bluewater Island is a new development project to be built off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was approved and unveiled by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on February 13, 2013. The development will be built on reclaimed land off the Jumeirah Beach coastline by Meraas Holding, and will cost AED 6 Billion.
