Hydropolis
The Hydropolis Underwater Hotel and Resort was a proposed hotel, designed by Prof. Roland Dieterle that would have been the world's first underwater luxury resort. It was planned to be situated 66 feet below the surface of the Persian Gulf, just off Jumeira Beach in Dubai, and projected to cost $300 million to construct. The underwater hotel would have been one of the most expensive hotels on the earth.
Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is a district in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dubai Marina is an artificial canal city, carved along a two mile (3 km) stretch of Persian Gulf shoreline. When the entire development is complete, it will accommodate more than 120,000 people in residential towers and villas. It is located on Interchange 5 between Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and the American University in Dubai. The first phase of this project has been completed.

Jumeirah Lake Towers
The Jumeirah Lakes Towers is a large development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which consists of 79 towers being constructed along the edges of four artificial lakes (Lake Almas West, Lake Almas East, Lake Elucio, and Lake Allure) as well as the JLT Embankment of 8 tower facing Jumeirah Islands. The lakes (which are about 3 metres deep) will be completely filled by end of 2009. The total area covered by the lakes, waterways and landscaping will be 730,000-square-metre .

Emirates Hills is a gated community located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has been named after Beverly Hills. Emirates Hills is largely home to the expatriate community of Dubai, as it consists of the first freehold properties to be sold in the city. While the project was classified as freehold and open to anyone to purchase, the majority of owners hail from the Indian subcontinent, Iran and Western Europe.
Jumeirah Islands
Jumeirah Islands is a housing development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Nakheel Properties, one of Dubai's largest developers. Jumeirah Islands consists of small islands (called clusters), each comprising 16 villas. They all sit in an artificial lake. The lake is so large that the whole complex has a land to water ratio of 23:77 The complex includes 50 islands (46 of which are the residential clusters), a restaurant, a supermarket, a Club House, a gym, and a leisure facility.

The school achieved CIS accreditation in 2009-2010 and is part of a family of schools, offering an international curriculum run by the Taaleem Management Group. Pentominium
The Pentominium is a 122-storey, 516 m supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Construction on the tower was halted since August 2011. It was designed by Andrew Bromberg of architects Aedas and funded by Trident International Holdings. The AED 1.46 billion (US$400 million) construction contract was awarded to Arabian Construction Company (ACC). The Pentominium has one of the deepest excavations done in the world, performed by Swissboring Overseas Piling Corp.

Jumeirah Beach Residence
Jumeirah Beach Residence (also known as JBR) is a 1.7 kilometres long, 2 square kilometres gross floor area waterfront community located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the largest single phase residential development in the world and contains 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels). JBR can accommodate about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms.
Jumeirah Golf Estates
Jumeirah Golf Estates is a part built luxury residential golf community that is located along Emirates Road,, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Each golf course is to have a different environmental theme – Fire, Earth, Water and Wind – and were designed by Greg Norman, Vijay Singh, Sergio García and Pete Dye respectively. The Norman designed Earth Course is the venue for the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai, the season ending tournament on the European Tour.
AG Tower
The AG Tower is a 37-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (517 ft). Construction of the AG Tower was completed in 2008.
Jumeirah Village
Jumeirah Village is a new community by Nakheel near Dubai Sports City in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Jumeirah village has two main areas, Jumeirah Village South and Jumeirah Village North. This project was launched in August 2004 and was due for completion in 2009, however the construction has been delayed and now its expected to be completed in 2013. Upon completion it will house 2000 villas.

DSC Multi-Purpose Stadium is a description of a new multi-use stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that is currently under construction. It can be used for football, cricket, Rugby League, rugby union, and athletics. It was due to open in late 2009, but the financial crisis in Dubai has put its construction on hold. It will have a capacity of 60,000 spectators. It is part of the new mixed-use Dubai Sports City, currently being constructed in Dubai.
DSC Cricket Stadium
DSC Cricket Stadium also known as the Dubai Sports City Cricket Stadium is a description of a new multi-purpose stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is mainly used for cricket and is one of the 3 stadiums in the country, the other 2 being Sharjah Cricket Association Stadium and Abu Dhabi Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium. It opened with the Australia vs Pakistan ODI series that started on April 22, 2009. It has a capacity of 25,000 spectators, but is expandable to 30,000 spectators.
DSC Hockey Stadium
DSC Hockey Stadium is a description of a new multi-use stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that is currently under construction. It will mainly be used for field hockey. It is due to open in April 2009 and will have a capacity of 5,000 spectators. It is part of the new mixed-use sports city currently being constructed in Dubai, Dubai Sports City. It was host the 2009 men's and women's Hockey Asia Cup, but the tournament was moved to Malaysia.
DSC Indoor Arena
DSC Indoor Arena is a description of a new multi-use indoor arena in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that was under construction until construction stopped because of the late-2000s recession. Once completed, it will mainly be used for basketball, tennis, ice hockey, and other indoor sports, as well as music concerts. It was due to open in 2009 and will have a capacity of 10,000 spectators.
Jebel Ali Village
Jebel Ali Village is the re-development of the existing Jebel Ali village. The existing Jebel Ali village was constructed in 1977 to provide accommodation to expatriates. The construction on re-development of Jebel Ali village has already began in 2008, and expected to be completed by 2013. The existing villas will be demolished which will give space for new ones.

Ahmed Sultan Bin Sulayem
Ahmed Sultan Bin Sulayem is the Executive Chairman of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority (DMCC), the free zone authority for Jumeirah Lake Towers which was established in 2002 as a strategic initiative of the Government of Dubai to provide the physical, market and financial infrastructure required to set up a commodities market place in Dubai. As of 31 December 2012, the JLT Free Zone had over 5,500 registered members including both commodities and other businesses.

The Walk (Jumeirah Beach Residence)
The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7 kilometer strip at the ground and plaza level of the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex in Dubai, it was developed by Dubai Properties Group, and was completed by 2007 and opened officially in August 2008.
Bluewater Island
Bluewater Island is a new development project to be built off the Jumeirah Beach Residence coastline, near Dubai Marina, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project was approved and unveiled by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on February 13, 2013. The development will be built on reclaimed land off the Jumeirah Beach coastline by Meraas Holding, and will cost AED 6 Billion.
