Abu Dhabi International Airport
Abu Dhabi International Airport is an airport in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The airport is one of the fastest growing airports in the world in terms of passengers, new airline operators, and infrastructural development. The airport is now undergoing a AED 25 billion (US$6.8 billion) expansion. As of January 2012, 53 airlines offered service to 85 destinations in 49 countries. The airport is the second largest in the UAE, serving over 10 million passengers in 2010.
Zayed Sports City Stadium
Zayed Sports City Stadium (or ZSC Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is currently used mostly for football matches but can also stage athletics, large events, rugby and other grass sports. It is named after the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder and first president of the UAE.
Khalifa City
Khalifa City is a residential suburb of the city of Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. It is divided into 3 areas: Khalifa City A, Khalifa City B, and New Khalifa City. Khalifa City A is on the main highway to Dubai and lies about 30 kilometres from Abu Dhabi. It is close to Abu Dhabi International Airport. Khalifa City B is further inland and is near Bani Yas and Al Shawamikh. The new Khalifa City is planned to be between A and B.

Yas Marina Circuit
The Yas Marina Circuit is the venue for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The circuit was designed by Hermann Tilke, and is situated on Yas Island, about 30 minutes from the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Yas Marina is the second Formula One track in the Middle East, with the first being in Bahrain. A two day GP2 Asia Series test was held to officially open the circuit, which was held a week before the 2009 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Ferrari World is a Ferrari themed amusement park on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The central park is situated under a 200,000 m roof making it the largest indoor amusement park in the world. Ferrari World officially opened on 4 November 2010. The theme park is home to Formula Rossa, the world's fastest roller coaster.
Umm an-Nar Culture
Umm an-Nar is the name given to a bronze age culture that existed from 2600-2000 BC in modern day United Arab Emirates and Northern Oman. The etymology derives from the island of the same name which lies adjacent to Abu Dhabi. The key site is well protected, but its location between a refinery and a sensitive military area means public access is currently restricted.
Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium
The Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi cost $22 million to build and is one of the world's newest cricket grounds. It was opened in May 2004 and staged its first first-class match when Scotland played Kenya in the Intercontinental Cup that November. The ground is dominated by two large stands at either end, with the areas square of the wicket offering large grass banking for spectators to sit, although during the daylight hours that might be less than appealing as there is no shade.
Danat Al Emarat Women & Children’s Hospital
Danat Al Emarat hospital is a future hospital for women and children in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. With a completion date of 2011, it will have 170 beds upon opening, with a maximum capacity of 260 beds. The projected cost for the hospital is $250 million. If completed, the hospital would be the first in the United Arab Emirates to be controlled by an international company, United Eastern Medical Services (UEM).

Formula Rossa
Formula Rossa is a launched roller coaster located at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Manufactured by Intamin, Formula Rossa is the world's fastest roller coaster with a top speed of 240 km/h . The coaster train accelerates to its top speed in approximately 4.9 seconds using a hydraulic launch system which generates a release velocity similar to that of aircraft carrier steam catapults.
Fiorano GT Challenge
Fiorano GT Challenge is a steel dueling roller coaster at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The roller coaster features two, 1.08-kilometre tracks, each of which has four LSM launches and four magnetic brake sections, immersing passengers into the twisting, head-to-head varying speeds and accelerations of GT racing. Power for the ride system is provided via two flywheel motor generator sets, isolating the surge requirements of the launches from the electrical grid.

Sheikh Zayed Bridge
Sheikh Zayed Bridge is an arch bridge in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Named after the country's principal architect and former president Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the 842 meter long bridge is said to be the most intricate bridge ever constructed. Its curved design arches evoke undulating sand dunes of the desert.

Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital
The Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital is the world's foremost falcon welfare institution, and the first of its kind. The hospital operates under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
