Al Mushrif

Umm an-Nar Culture
Umm an-Nar is the name given to a bronze age culture that existed from 2600-2000 BC in modern day United Arab Emirates and Northern Oman. The key site is well protected, but its location between a refinery and a sensitive military area means public access is currently restricted.
Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium
The Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi cost $22 million to build and is one of the world's newest cricket grounds. It was opened in May 2004 and staged its first first-class match when Scotland played Kenya in the Intercontinental Cup that November. The ground is dominated by two large stands at either end, with the areas square of the wicket offering large grass banking for spectators to sit, although during the daylight hours that might be less than appealing as there is no shade.
Salam Street
Salam Street (less commonly known as 8th Street or Eastern Ring Road) is one of the main roads in the city of Abu Dhabi. It starts from Sheikh Zayed Bridge (which is under construction) and curves its way around Abu Dhabi's eastern end until it ends at the intersection with Corniche Road. Salam Street runs through the main modern shopping area and Robat Street, the new bypass north of the town.
Danat Al Emarat Women & Children’s Hospital
Danat Al Emarat hospital is a future hospital for women and children in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. With a completion date of 2011, it will have 170 beds upon opening, with a maximum capacity of 260 beds. The projected cost for the hospital is $250 million. If completed, the hospital would be the first in the United Arab Emirates to be controlled by an international company, United Eastern Medical Services (UEM).

St. Joseph's Cathedral, Abu Dhabi
St. Joseph's Cathedral is the only Catholic Church in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The first Church was built in 1962 in the present Corniche on a plot of land donated by H.H. Sheikh Shakbut, the ruler of Abu Dhabi at that time. On March 19, 1981, The Church was relocated to its present location in Abu Dhabi. On February 25, 1983, the Church became a Cathedral serving the Roman Catholic Vicariate Apostolic of Southern Arabia with Bishop Bernard G. Gremoli as resident bishop.

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (commonly abbreviated ADNEC) is an exhibition centre in Abu Dhabi. It was opened by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates on February 18, 2007. The venue is the largest exhibition centre in the Middle East with 73,000sqm of indoor event space. ADNEC stages around 100 exhibitions, conferences, live events and weddings every year and receives approximately 1.8 million visitors every year.

Sheikh Zayed Bridge
