Boztepe hill, Trabzon
Boztepe or Mount Minthrion is a hill near Trabzon in Turkey. It is located 3 kilometers southeast of the city center of Trabzon. The Değirmendere Valley lies to the west of Boztepe. The Kaymaklı quarter occupies most of the Boztepe hill. The area has been religiously significant since ancient times. (Whiting, pg 565) There are four sacred fountains on Bozetepe. That of Saint John the Sanctifier is near the summit. On the site is a mosque that was formerly a nineteenth-century church.

Mehmet Akif Ersoy Indoor Swimming Pool, (Turkish: Mehmet Akif Ersoy Kapalı Yüzme Havuzu) is an indoor aquatics venue located in Bostancı neighborhood of Trabzon, Turkey. The Olympic-size swimming pool was constructed between 2009-2011 at a cost of File:Turkish lira symbol 8x10px. png 16 million (approx. $ 10 million) to host the swimming events at the 2011 European Youth Summer Olympic Festival. The pool with 50 m length and 25 m width has ten lanes. There is a diving tower at the pool.

Hayri Gür Arena (Turkish: Hayri Gür Spor Salonu), aka Pelitli Arena is an indoor sporting arena and multi-purpose venue located in the suburban town of Pelitli, Trabzon Province, Turkey. Built between 2009 and 2010 at a cost of File:Turkish lira symbol 8x10px. png 23 million (approx. $ 14 million), the venue was initially designed for a seating capacity of 5,000, however, it was later extended to hold 7,500 spectators.

Pelitli (literally "with Acorn") is a town in the central district of Trabzon Province, Turkey. It is almost merged to Trabzon at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:40|59|N|39|48|E||| | |name= }}. It is a coastal town situated to the east of Trabzon Airport. The population of the town is 15503 as of 2011. During the Ottoman era after 1461, Chepni people (a branch of Oghuz Turks) consist the original population of the settlement.
