HTMS Maeklong was a Royal Thai Navy escort vessel and training ship, built at the Uraga Dock in Yokosuka, Japan. Her sister ship was the HTMS Tachin. The Samutprakarn Crocodile Farm and Zoo is an internationally renowned crocodile zoo in Bangkok, Thailand. Whilst the park claims to hold the worlds largest crocodile in captivity, named Yai, measuring six meters (19 feet, 8 inches) and weighing 1114.27 kilograms (2465 pounds). Yai is one among over 100,000 crocodiles at the world's largest crocodile farm.
