Quanta Computer
Quanta Computer Incorporated is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of notebook computers and other electronic hardware. It is the largest manufacturer of notebook computers in the world. Its customers include Apple Inc. , Compaq, Dell, Gateway, Hewlett-Packard, Alienware, Amazon. com, Casper, Cisco, Fujitsu, Gericom, Lenovo, LG, Maxdata, MPC, Research In Motion, Sharp Corporation, Siemens AG, Sony, Sun Microsystems, Toshiba, and Vizio. It was founded by Barry Lam in 1988.
Wanhua District
Wanhua District, known in Taiwanese as Bangka a.k.a. Monga, is Taipei City's oldest district. The district is home to historic buildings such as Longshan Temple, an historic temple, and the Red House Theater, the first and largest teahouse and playhouse in Taiwan. Taipei's oldest, but decaying, garment district is also here.
Mengjia Longshan Temple
Mengjia Longshan Temple was built in Taipei in 1738 by settlers from Fujian, China. It served as a place of worship and a gathering place for the Chinese settlers. The temple has been destroyed either in full or in part on numerous earthquakes and fires. During World War II, on 31 May 1945 it was hit by American bombers during the Raid on Taipei, who claimed the Japanese were hiding armaments inside.
Sanchong District
Sanchong District is an inner city district in the western part of New Taipei City, Taiwan. With an area of 16.32 km² and a population of 384,618 people (2003), it has the fourth highest population density in Taiwan and 23rd in the world, with over 23,900 people per km². Until the December 25, 2010 creation of New Taipei, Sanchong was itself a city in the former Taipei County.
Fu Jen Catholic University
Fu Jen Catholic University is Taiwan’s largest and oldest Catholic university run by the Divine Word Missionaries, the Society of Jesus and the Chinese Diocesan clergy in New Taipei City. Colloquially the school is known as "FǔDà" (輔大). When Fu Jen operated following approval by Pope Pius XI in Beijing until 1952, it was known as the Catholic University of Peking. The University was founded in 1925 by the Order of Saint Benedict and re-established in 1961.
Luzhou District
Luzhou District is an inner city district in northwestern New Taipei City, Taiwan. It has an area of 8.2 km² (2003) and a population of 198,373 people in 66,457 households (December 2011). Luzhou has the second highest population density in Taiwan and 13th in the world, with over 26,600 people per km². Historically the area was called Lō·-chiu (鷺州) and Hê-siūⁿ-chiu (和尚州). Until the 25 December 2010 creation of New Taipei, Luzhou was itself a city in the former Taipei County.
Guandu Bridge
The Guandu Bridge is a bridge spanning the Tamsui River, Taiwan, which links Bali and Tamsui of New Taipei City with Beitou, Taipei City. The bridge is an 165 meters long through arch bridge designed by Tung-Yen Lin. It completed in 1983 and now carries the Provincial Highway No. 15.
Banqiao Stadium
Banqiao Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Banqiao District, New Taipei City. It is administered by the New Taipei City Government. It consists of several parts, of which the Banqiao First Sports Ground is able to hold 30,000 people and was opened in 1987. It is currently used mostly for football matches. In recent years, it has also been used for outdoor concerts. Guns N' Roses kicked off their 2009-2011 World Tour at the stadium on December 11, 2009.
Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium
Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium is a baseball stadium in Xinzhuang District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. It is currently mostly used for CPBL baseball games. The stadium can hold 12,500 people and was opened in 1997.
Keelung River
Keelung River is a river in northern Taiwan. The Keelung River originates in the mountains west-northwest of the town of Jingtong in Pingxi District, New Taipei City, flows down to a rift valley and then flows ENE to Sandiaoling. Then it flows northward to a point between Chiufen and Keelung City, and then heads back in a general WSW direction to Taipei, where it joins the Tamsui River and flows out to sea.
Guandu Temple
Guandu Temple is a Taoist temple in the Beitou District of Taipei, Taiwan worshipping the sea deity Mazu. It was constructed in 1661.

The Taipei Metro Guandu Station is located in Beitou District, Taipei, Taiwan. It is a station on the Tamsui Line. In the past, the station belonged to the now-defunct TRA Tamsui Line.
Qingshui Temple
Qingshui Temple also known as Tsushih Temple or the "Divine Progenitors Temple" is a temple in dedicated to the god Qingshui Zushi, a Northern Song Dynasty Buddhist monk who is said to have saved a town from a drought. The temple is located in the Wanhua District of Taipei City, Taiwan and was constructed in 1787 CE. In 1958, the temple was renovated and restored. The temple is often called "the most characteristic example of mid-Qing temple architecture."

The Taipei Metro Taipei Bridge Station is a station on the Xinzhuang Line located in Sanchong District, New Taipei, Taiwan, two blocks from the approach to Taipei Bridge for which the station is named. The station opened for service on January 5, 2012.

Banqiao District
Banqiao District is the city seat of New Taipei in northern Taiwan. It has the third highest population density in Taiwan. It was formerly the 22nd densest city in the world, with over 24,000 people per square km. Until the December 25, 2010 creation of New Taipei, Banqiao was itself a city and the former seat of Taipei County.

All tracks and platforms in the station are located underground. The new station building opened on July 19, 1999 for TRA trains, May 31, 2006 for the Taipei Metro, and on January 5, 2007 for Taiwan High Speed Rail. The station currently handles over 106,000 passengers per day.

The Lin Ben Yuan Family Mansion and Garden (林本源園邸) in Banqiao District, New Taipei City was a residence built by the Lin Ben Yuan Family, of Banqiao, Taiwan. It is Taiwan's most-complete surviving example of traditional Chinese garden architecture. It is also known as the Lin Family Gardens.
