Sihl
The Sihl is a river of Switzerland. It rises at Drusberg in the Canton of Schwyz. It passes through the Sihlsee near Einsiedeln, and then enters the Canton of Zurich, flowing through the Sihl valley (Sihltal) at the foot of the Albis, passing the Sihlwald, the largest remaining deciduous forest of the Swiss plateau, near Langnau am Albis. In Zurich the Sihl flows underneath Zürich Hauptbahnhof (parts of the station are actually built below the Sihl), before joining the Limmat.
Hardturm
The Hardturm was a football stadium located in Zurich's Kreis 5. Opened in 1929, it was the home of the Grasshopper-Club Zürich. It was a host stadium for the 1954 FIFA World Cup. When the stadium was opened in 1929 it could hold 27,500 spectators. After many reconstructions the capacity was 38,000 in 1986, on time for the 100-Year Anniversary of the Grasshopper-Club Zürich. Before closing, Hardturm could hold 17,666 spectators with standing areas for the home and away fans.
Langstrasse
Langstrasse (literally "long street") is a street and quarter in district 4 in Zurich. Langstrasse begins near the district courts and extends north-northeast to the train tracks of Zürich Hauptbahnhof. The following short segment of Langstrasse leads towards Limmatplatz in district 5. Langstrasse is also referred to as a general area including the street and its surrounding tertiary streets. The quarter has a population of 10,500 on an area of 1.13 km².
Stadion Zürich
Stadion Zürich is a planned stadium in Zurich, Switzerland. It will be the home stadium of FC Zürich and Grasshopper-Club Zürich, replacing the Hardturm stadium which was closed in September 2007. A initial project was announced in 2003 and should have been ready for Euro 2008. It was backed by the City of Zurich and Credit Suisse. The multi-use stadium would have had a capacity of 30,000 people.
Zürich Hardbrücke railway station
Zürich Hardbrücke is a railway station in the central part of the Swiss city of Zürich. The station was opened in 1982 and expanded in 1990 in line with the introduction of the S-Bahn scheme. Hardbrücke is served by lines S3, S5, S6, S7, S9, S12, S15 and S16 of the Zürich S-Bahn system.

Aussersihl is a district in the Swiss city of Zurich. It is District number 4. The district is colloquially known as Chreis Cheib, cheib being the Zurich German word for an animal cadaver; the area historically contained pits for the deposition of dead animals. The district comprises the quarters Werd, Langstrasse and Hard.
Industriequartier (Zurich)
Industriequartier is a district in the Swiss city of Zurich. The district comprises the quarters Gewerbeschule and Escher Wyss. Together with today's District 4, the district formed the formerly separate municipality of Aussersihl, which was incorporated into Zurich in 1893.

Zürich (Höngg) is a quarter in the district 10 in Zürich. It was formerly a municipality of its own, having been incorporated into Zürich in 1934. The quarter has a population of 21,186 distributed on an area of 6.98 km². Höngg is well renowned for its fun fairs such as the Wümmetfest and the Räbeliechtli Umzug.

Wipkingen is a quarter in the district 10 in Zurich. It was formerly a municipality of its own, having been incorporated into Zurich in 1893. The quarter has a population of 15,446 distributed on an area of 2.11 km².
Escher Wyss (Zurich)
Escher Wyss is a quarter in the district 5 of Zurich. It was formerly a part of Aussersihl municipality, which was incorporated into Zurich in 1893. The quarter has a population of 2,727 distributed on an area of 1.27 km (⁄2 sq. mile). It takes its name from the company Escher Wyss & Cie. that was formerly based in the area. The company's former Schiffbau, or shipbuilding hall, is now a theatre venue operated by the Schauspielhaus Zürich.

Hard is a quarter in the district 4 of Zurich. It was formerly a part of Aussersihl municipality, which was incorporated into Zurich in 1893. The quarter has a population of 12,715 distributed on an area of 1.46 km².
Sihlfeld
Sihlfeld is a quarter in the district 3 of Zurich. It was formerly a part of Wiedikon municipality, which was incorporated into Zurich in 1893. The quarter has a population of 20,554 distributed on an area of 1.64 km².
District 10 (Zurich)
District 10 is a district in the Swiss city of Zurich. The district comprises the quarters Höngg and Wipkingen. Both entities were formerly municipalities of their own, but were incorporated into Zurich in 1934 and 1893 respectively.
Helvetiaplatz (Zurich)
The Helvetiaplatz in Zurich is located in the District 4 at the corner Langstrasse and Stauffacherstrasse. The place is well known because of the demonstrations on 1 May and against the World Economic Forum. Otherwise peaceful and multicultural events or demonstrations take place there. In the years 2006 and 2007 there was a great champion celebration after the FCZ (one of Zurichs Soccer Teams) won the Swiss Axpo Super League.
Gewerbeschule (Zurich)
Gewerbeschule is a quarter in the district 5 in Zurich. The district Gewerbeschule (upper district 5, there are located several Business schools) formed the formerly separate municipality of Aussersihl, which was incorporated into Zurich in 1893. The separation into the current districts 3, 4 and 5 dates to 1913. The quarter has a population of 9,690 distributed on an area of 0.73 km².

Volkshaus
The Volkshaus is a building in Zurich, Switzerland. New Order performed at the venue during a European tour on April 2, 1984. The concert was entirely broadcast on DMS3-FM radio. Kraftwerk performed at the venue during a European tour on October 3, 1976 and during their The Mix Tour on November 26, 1991. Their last concert was partially broadcast on radio and fairly well bootlegged afterwards.
Kunsthalle Zürich
The Kunsthalle Zürich is a contemporary art exhibition centre in Zurich, Switzerland. It is located on Limmatstrasse, near the city centre. The current director is Beatrix Ruf. A number of temporary exhibitions are organized each year. Artists exhibited include Trisha Donnelly, Helmut Federle, Gabriel Orozco, Philippe Parreno, Wilhelm Sasnal, Wolfgang Tillmans, and Keith Tyson.

Zurich Letten railway station
Zurich Letten is a former railway station in the Swiss city of Zurich. It is situated on the old route of the Lake Zurich right bank railway (Rechtsufrige Zürichseebahn) from Zurich Hbf station to Rapperswil station. Radical changes to the local railway geography led to the closure of the station in 1990, but the station building still exists, and the trackbed is used as a pedestrian path.
