Zürich Hauptbahnhof
Zürich Hauptbahnhof (often shortened to Zürich HB) (English: Zurich Main Station) is the largest railway station in Switzerland. Zurich is a major railway hub, with services to and from across Switzerland and neighbouring European countries such as Germany, Italy, Austria and France. Constructed as the terminus of the Spanisch Brötli Bahn, the first railway built completely within Switzerland, it is one of the oldest railway stations in Switzerland.

Bahnhofstrasse
Bahnhofstrasse is Zurich's main downtown street and one of the world's most expensive and exclusive shopping avenues. In 2011, a study has named the Bahnhofstrasse the most expensive street for retail property in Europe, and the third most expensive worldwide. It came into existence when the city fortifications were demolished and the ditch in front of the walls was filled in in 1864.
Haus Konstruktiv
Haus Konstruktiv, the Foundation for Constructive and Concrete Art, was founded by private individuals in 1986. From 1987 to spring 2001 it was located at Seefeldstrasse 317 in the outer Seefeld area of Zurich and was known as the "House for Constructive and Concrete Art". It is now situated in new premises close to the centre of Zurich at Selnaustrasse 25, in a former power station. The foundation promotes "constructive, concrete, and conceptual art and design".
Fraumünster
The Fraumünster abbey (lit. in English: Lady Minster) in Zurich was founded in 853 by Louis the German for his daughter Hildegard. He endowed the Benedictine convent with the lands of Zurich, Uri, and the Albis forest, and granted the convent immunity, placing it under his direct authority.
Battle of St. Jakob an der Sihl
The Battle of St. Jakob an der Sihl was a battle of the Old Zürich War that occurred on July 22, 1443, resulting in a defeat for Zürich. The battle took place outside the gates of Zürich, beyond the Sihl. The troops of Zürich, with Habsburg reinforcements, met the attacking confederates on the Sihlfeld north of St. Jakob on July 21. The confederation army, which numbered about 6,000 men, was met by Zürich's disorganized troops and about 500 Austrian knights.
Lindenhof
see Lindenhof (quarter) for the town quarter containing the Lindenhof. The Lindenhof in the old town of Zürich is the historical site of the Roman castle, and the later Carolingian Kaiserpfalz. It is situated on the Lindenhof hill, on the left side of the Limmat River at the Schipfe. In 1747, a 2nd century Roman tombstone was discovered at the site, bearing the oldest attestation of Turīcum, the Roman era name of Zürich, as STA[tio tio] TURIC[ensis ensis], at the time a tax collecting point.
St. Peter, Zurich
St. Peter is one of the four main churches of the old town of Zurich, Switzerland, besides Grossmünster, Fraumünster and Predigerkirche. Located next to the Lindenhof hill, site of the former Roman castle, it was built on the site of a temple to Iuppiter. An early church of 10 by 7 metres is archaeologically attested for the 8th or 9th century.
Altstadt (Zurich)
Altstadt (German for "old town") in the Swiss city of Zürich encompasses the area of the entire historical city before 1893, before the incorporation of what are now districts 2 to 12 into the municipality, over the period 1893 to 1934. Altstadt approximately corresponds to the area enclosed by the former city ramparts, and is today within the administrative area of the city called Kreis 1 (District 1).
Sigi Feigel
Sigi Feigel (born 17 May 1921, in Zürich - died 28 August 2004, in Zürich) was a Swiss attorney, President and Honorary President of the Israelitische Cultusgemeinde Zürich (ICZ), and notable for his campaigns against Antisemitism and Racism. Feigel was born in Zürich to Russian Jewish immigrants. He received his PhD in jurisprudence at the University of Zürich in 1949. From 1949 to 1977, he was the director of the textile factory inherited by his wife, Evi Heim.
Paradeplatz
The Paradeplatz is a square at the Bahnhofstrasse in downtown Zurich. The Paradeplatz tram stop is served by lines 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 13. It is one of the most expensive pieces of real estate in Switzerland and has become synonymous with wealth and the Swiss banks, being the location of the headquarters of both UBS and Credit Suisse. The site of the square lay without the medieval city walls, and was incorporated into the town with the construction of the new ramparts in 1642.

Stauffacher
Stauffacher is a tram junction (lines 2, 3, 8, 9, 14) in Aussersihl, Zurich, next to the St. Jakob church, situated along the Badenerstrasse between the Bäcker and the Stauffacher streets. The tram stop was named after the street, which had been named for Werner Stauffacher in 1893. Stauffacher is officially just the name of the tram stop, not the square, and there was formerly a Stauffacherplatz some 200 m farther along the street towards the Sihl (named in 1898).
Rennweg (Zurich)
Rennweg is a street and a tram stop in the old town of Zurich. In the Middle Ages, it was the main street of the upper town of Zurich, leading from the fortified Rennweg gate passing below the Lindenhof hill towards the town hall. The site of the Rennweg gate is at the current junction of the Rennweg with the Bahnhofstrasse, the Bahnhofstrasse itself following the course of the 13th century moat.

Schipfe
Schipfe is part of the Lindenhof quarter in the district 1 (Altstadt) of Zurich, Switzerland. It belongs to the historical parts of the Limmat city, located at the left side of the Limmat river below the Lindenhof hill. The Lindenhof was the site of the Roman settlement (15 BC), with traces of a hypocaustum excavated.

Old Botanical Garden, Zurich
The Old Botanical Garden is a botanical garden and arboretum in the Swiss city of Zurich. They are located on the former zur Katz bastion in the city centre near the Sihlporte. Opening times are daily from April to September 07:00–19.00 (7 pm), October to March 08:00–18:00 (6 pm). Trams 2 and 9 stop at the nearby Sihlstrasse stop.

Zurich Selnau, (German: Zürich Selnau or Bahnhof Selnau), is an underground railway station on the Zürich S-Bahn system in Selnau in the centre of the Swiss city of Zürich. The station is on a section of tunnel common to the Uetliberg line and the Sihltal line, both of which are operated by the Sihltal Zürich Uetliberg Bahn (SZU). The original Bahnhof Selnau was an above-ground terminal station, serving as the Zurich city terminus of both the Uetliberg and Sihltal lines.
