Malmö
Malmö, in the southernmost province of Scania, is Sweden's third largest city by population after Stockholm and Gothenburg, and is one of the largest cities in Scandinavia. Malmö is the seat of Malmö Municipality and the capital of Skåne County. The administrative entity for most of the city is Malmö Municipality which, as of January 2012, has 302,835 inhabitants in eight different localities. Malmö is also a bimunicipal locality, as part of it is formally situated in Burlöv Municipality.
Øresund Bridge
The Öresund or Øresund Bridge is a double-track railway and dual carriageway bridge-tunnel across the Øresund strait between Scania and Denmark. The bridge runs nearly 8 km (5 miles) from the Swedish coast to the artificial island of Peberholm, which lies in the middle of the strait. The remainder of the link is by a 4 km (2.5 mile) tunnel from Peberholm to the Danish island of Amager.
Vellinge Municipality
Vellinge Municipality (Vellinge kommun) is a municipality in Skåne County in southern Sweden. Its seat is located in Vellinge. The present municipality is a result of the latest local government reform in Sweden. In 1974 the municipalities of Räng, Vellinge and Månstorp (all three created through amalgamation of even smaller units in 1952) amalgamated with the former Town of Skanör med Falsterbo to form a new Vellinge Municipality.
Øresund Region
The Øresund or Öresund Region is a transnational region in northern Europe, centred on the cities of Copenhagen and Malmö. Located by the shores of the Øresund strait and connected by the Oresund Bridge, the Capital Region of Denmark and Region Zealand constitute the Danish side, while Skåne County constitutes the Swedish side. The region has a population of 3,811,515 (1 January 2013) and a population density of 184/km².
Limhamn
Limhamn is, in an administrative sense, the southern district of Malmö Municipality in Sweden. Before 1915, Limhamn was (briefly) a town of its own. The population of the Limhamn–Bunkeflo administrative district (including suburbs) is 31,000, of which 7,000 live in the southern suburbs Tygelsjö and Bunkeflostrand, and some live in neighbourhoods that aren't usually counted to Limhamn proper.

Malmö Arena is a multi-use indoor arena in Malmö, Sweden, and the home of HockeyAllsvenskan ice hockey club Malmö Redhawks. Apart from hosting Redhawks hockey matches, the arena is often the venue for team handball, floorball, concerts, and other events. It has also hosted indoor athletics. Swedbank Stadion
Swedbank Stadion, often called Stadion, is a football stadium in Malmö, Sweden and the home of Allsvenskan club Malmö Fotbollförening, commonly known as Malmö FF. In UEFA competitions, the stadium is known as Malmö New Stadium for sponsorship reasons. The stadium is named after Swedish based banking group Swedbank, which owns its naming rights. Apart from being the home of Malmö FF, Swedbank Stadion has also hosted senior and youth international matches, concerts, and other events.

Malmö Tower was a proposed skyscraper in Malmö, Sweden, designed by Danish architect Lone Wiggers of C.F. Møller Architects. The design was revealed at a press conference held by Malmö Municipality on August 21, 2006. The design was chosen by a jury in an international competition, featuring amongst others, renowned Austrian architects Coop Himmelb(l)au.
Malmömässan
MalmöMässan is an exhibition and convention centre in Malmö, Sweden. The facility is located in the Hyllie area, close to Malmö Arena and has an area of 20,000 m², divided into exhibition hall, a conference centre and two restaurants. One of the major annual events held there is Skånemässan held in September and with about 25,000 visitors.

Battle of Fotevik
Battle of Fotevik was fought between forces of King Niels of Denmark and his son Magnus Nilsson, against those of Erik Emune on 4 June 1134 at the bay of Fotevik in Skåne. At his death, King Eric I of Denmark had two known sons who were candidates for succession to the throne, Canute Lavard and Erik Emune. Canute, as Eric's only legitimate son, had a particularly strong claim. When King Eric's younger brother Niels was selected instead, becoming King Niels, Canute was forced to flee.
Svågertorp railway station
Malmö South, Svågertorp Station, (Swedish: Svågertorp Station, Malmö syd) is a railway station south of Malmö, Sweden. It is served by the by Pågatåg between Malmö and Ystad. There is a big shopping centre at Svågertorp near the station. The largest shop is IKEA with 44.000 m² area.

Skanörs Ljung Nature Reserve
Skanörs Ljung Nature Reserve is situated in the South-Western part of the Scania province of Sweden, in the Vellinge Municipality between Ljunghusen and Skanör-Falsterbo. Skanörs Ljung became a designated nature reserve 1969 and encompasses a total area of 5.75 km of which 2.122 km is the marine portion.
