The Plaza de toros de El Puerto is a bullring in El Puerto de Santa María, Spain. Dating from the 19th century, it has an eclectic architectural style and was completed in 1880. It is the work of Manuel Portillo de Avila y Herrera. The arena is 99 metres in diameter and the central ruedo measures 60 m. It is estimated to hold 15,000 spectators, making it one of the largest rings in Spain behind Madrid's Las Ventas and the ring in Valencia.

La Caleta is a beach located in the historical center of the city of Cádiz, Spain. It is a natural harbor by which Phoenicians, Carthaginians and Romans penetrated historically. It is the smallest beach in the city, and is isolated from the others. Its main attraction is its location, a scene that has inspired musicians and poets like Isaac Albéniz, José María Pemán, Paco Alba, and Carlos Cano.
Bay of Cádiz
The Bay of Cádiz is a body of water adjacent to the southwestern coast of Spain. It touches the following municipalities in the province of Cádiz: Cádiz, San Fernando, Puerto Real, El Puerto de Santa Maria, and Rota. The Bay of Cádiz should not be confused with the Gulf of Cádiz, a larger body of water which is in the same area but further offshore. Inside Bay of Cádiz is the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park. There is also a comarca (the Spanish equivalent of a county) with the name Bay of Cádiz.
Capture of Cadiz
The Capture of Cádiz in 1596 was an event during the Anglo-Spanish War, when English and Dutch troops under Robert Devereux, 2nd Earl of Essex and a large Anglo-Dutch fleet under Charles Howard, 1st Earl of Nottingham, with support from the Dutch United Provinces, raided the Spanish city of Cádiz. Due to the Spanish commander's lack of foresight and organisation, the Anglo-Dutch forces met little resistance.
Battle of Cádiz (1656)
The Battle of Cádiz (1656) was an operation in the Anglo–Spanish War (1654-1660) in which an English fleet destroyed and captured a Spanish treasure fleet off Cádiz. After the ending of the Anglo-Dutch War, Oliver Cromwell turned his attention to England's traditional enemy, Spain. He was seeking a return to a policy of attacks on Spanish trade and shipping routes, whose success in the time Elizabeth I had acquired a legendary status.
Capture of the Rosily Squadron
The Capture of the Rosily Squadron took place on 14 June 1808, in Cadiz, Spain, nearly three years after the Battle of Trafalgar, when the Spanish had risen against the French invaders. Five French ships of the line and a frigate were also still in the port and had remained there since that British victory. Admiral Rosily, after an engagement with the Spanish lasting five days, surrendered his entire squadron with the four thousand seamen then on board.
Gran Teatro Falla
The Gran Teatro Falla is a theater in the city of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It is located in the Plaza Fragela, facing the Casa de las Viudas and adjacent to the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Cádiz. Construction of the theater began in 1884, following plans by architect Adolfo Morales de los Ríos. It was based on the foundation of the previous Gran Teatro de Cádiz, a wooden building designed by García del Álamo and built in 1871, but which had burned in 1881.
José Leon de Carranza Bridge
José Leon de Carranza Bridge (also named Carranza Bridge) is a 1400 meter bridge that connects the shores of Cadiz city and the continent. The bridge is on the Bay of Cádiz. As part of the national net of roads with the number N-443. It is one of the two entries to Cadiz. This bridge is also one of the longest bascule bridges in Europe.

La Pepa Bridge
La Pepa Bridge, officially "La Pepa" and also named the second bridge to Cadiz or new access to Cadiz. It will cross the Bay of Cadiz linking Cadiz with Puerto Real in mainland Spain. When the bridge is finished it will be the longest bridge in Spain and the longest span cable-stayed in this country. The pylons of sustentation measure 180 meters. One of them is on the sea, and the other in the Cabezuelas Harbour. In 1969 it was inaugurated the first bridge of Cadiz, the Carranza bridge.

The Museo Arqueológico Municipal de El Puerto de Santa María is a museum located in El Puerto de Santa María, in the province of Cádiz, southern Spain. It was founded in 1980. It contains paintings and sculptures of Francisco Lameyer y Berenguer, Eulogio Varela Sartorio, Enrique Ochoa, Fernando Jesús, Juan Lara, Manolo Prieto, and some works of Rafael Alberti. Some pieces are exhibited in another building called Hospitalito.
San Pedro River, Cádiz

Battle of Cádiz (1640)
The Battle of Cádiz (1640) was a naval battle in the Franco-Spanish War (1635-1659), which took place on July 21, 1640, when a French squadron under Jean Armand de Maillé-Brézé attacked a Spanish convoy coming from the Americas. The attack occurred just in front of the coast of Cádiz. Armand de Breze employed a hitherto unknown tactic to attack the Spanish convoy from both sides.
La Cachucha beach
La Cachucha beach (from Spanish Playa de la Cachucha) is a beach located in Puerto Real. It's 500 meters long with golden and fin-grain sand. Nowadays the beach needs periodics sand nourishments because natural conditions were modified. The beach is protected from the waves by two dikes. Every day when the tide is low, there is a large extension of mud where you can see many crabs and protected birds that feed on the seaside.
Arsenal de la Carraca
Arsenal de la Carraca, also La Carraca shipyard, is a naval shipyard in San Fernando in the Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. It is a naval base for the construction and repair of ships, and the storage and distribution of arms and ammunition. The first military establishment of its kind to be created in Spain under the naval policy of Felipe V, it was developed by Patiño and the Marquis de la Ensenada.
Hospital Militar de San Carlos
Hospital Militar de San Carlos is a hospital located in San Fernando in the Province of Cádiz, Andalusia, Spain. Construction of the original hospital building took place by the Franciscans in February 1809, during the war of independence, but the current building was completed in 1981. Located next to the Panteón de Marinos Ilustres, it was the tallest building in San Fernando until the Torres de la Casería de Ossio surpassed it by several metres.
