Olympic Stadium (Seoul)
The Seoul Olympic Stadium, aka Jamsil Olympic Stadium (formerly romanised as Chamshil) is located in Seoul, South Korea. It is the main stadium built for the 1988 Summer Olympics and the 10th Asian Games in 1986. It is the centrepiece of the Jamsil Sports Complex in the Songpa-gu District, in the southeast of the city south of the Han River.
Samseong Station
Samseong Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. It serves the eastern area of Teheranno. Some of the more famous buildings near the station include World Trade Center Seoul, COEX Mall, Korea Electric Power (KEPCO) headquarters, Korea Air City Terminal (buses run from here to Incheon and Gimpo Airports, and vice versa), and Gangnam main police and fire stations. The ridership of this station is very high, consistently ranking among the five most heavily used subway stations in Korea.

Jamsil Baseball Stadium
Jamsil Baseball Stadium is a baseball stadium in Jamsil 1-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The stadium holds 26,000 people and was built from April 1980 to July 1982. It makes up the Jamsil Sports Complex along with the nearby Seoul Olympic Stadium, and hosted the baseball events during the 1988 Summer Olympics. It is the home of the LG Twins and Doosan Bears in the KBO. The area of Jamsil Baseball Stadium is 26,331m^2, it has one basement level.
Jamsil Arena
Jamsil Arena is an indoor sporting arena, located in Seoul, South Korea. The capacity of the arena is 13,409 and was built from December 1976 to April 1979. It hosted the basketball events and Volleyball final of the 1988 Summer Olympics. It has also been used to host various entertainment events, to include World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) events and concerts, by Iron Maiden, Alicia Keys, Muse, Nine Inch Nails, Incubus, and Japanese band L'Arc-en-Ciel, among others.
Cheongdam Bridge
Cheongdam Bridge or Grand Cheongdam Bridge is a bridge over the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. The bridge links the Gwangjin and Gangnam districts. A section of Line 7 of the Seoul Subway, between Cheongdam Station and Ttukseom Resort Station, runs on the underside of this bridge.
Konkuk University
Konkuk University is a private university located in Seoul and Chungju. The Seoul campus is located in the southeastern part of Seoul, near the Han River, and is served by a metro station of the same name. The university possesses accreditation from the South Korean Ministry of Culture and Education. The university emphasizes technology and science majors and research.
Gangbyeon Station
Gangbyeon Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. The name of this station literally means "riverside," pertaining to its proximity to the Han River.
Jamsil Students' Gymnasium
Jamsil Students' Gymnasium is an indoor sporting arena located in Seoul, South Korea. The capacity of the arena is 7,500 and was built from November 1972 to December 1976 to host Boxing events at the 1988 Summer Olympics, and wheelchair basketball events at the 1988 Summer Paralympics.
Bongeunsa
Bongeunsa is a Buddhist temple located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu in Seoul, South Korea. It was founded in 794 during the reign of King Wonseong by the monk Yeon-hoe, then the highest ranking monk of Silla, and originally named Kyongseoungsa. It is located on the slope of Sudo Mountain, across the street from the COEX Mall.
Sports Complex Station
Sports Complex Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 2. As its name indicates, it serves the nearby Jamsil Olympic Stadium and the Sports Complex. Asia Park is also accessible by foot from the station. In 2013 this station will become a transfer station between Line 2 and Line 9 of the Seoul Subway.
Ttukseom Resort Station
Ttukseom Resort Station is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 7. It is located in Noyu-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is the only station in South Korea to be located on the underside of a bridge, beneath Cheongdam Bridge. The station also runs underneath a highway with two exits being south of the highway and two north.
Olympic Bridge
Olympic Bridge or Grand Olympic Bridge is a bridge over the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. The bridge links the Gwangjin and Songpa districts. Its construction started in 1985, but was not completed until 1990, after the Seoul Olympic Games of 1988, because the bridge under construction had collapsed. On May 29, 2001, a CH-47D helicopter from ROK Army, attempting to lower a sculpture onto the top of the bridge, crashed and fell into the Han River, killing all three on board.
Konkuk University Station
Konkuk University Station is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Line 7. It is located in Hwayang-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is adjacent to Konkuk University from which it takes its name. Line 2 is serviced by an elevated platform while Line 7 is serviced by an underground platform. The station has connections to ten bus lines through its six exits as well as a connection to the airport shuttle bus.
Children's Grand Park Station
Children's Grand Park Station is a rapid transit station on Seoul Subway Line 7. It is located in Mojin-dong in the Gwangjin-gu administrative district of Seoul. It is also adjacent to Children's Grand Park from which it takes its name. The underground platform has side platforms. The station has connections to ten bus lines through its six exits. It services Gunja-dong, Hwayang-dong, Neung-dong and Mojin-Dong.
Achasan Station
Achasan Station is a subway station in Gwangjin-gu, which is located in Seoul, South Korea. It is served by Seoul Subway Line 5. Achasan Station was the first location visited by Seoul Subways Alphabetically, the precursor to Seoul at Random.
Yeongdong Bridge
Yeongdong Bridge is a bridge over the Han River in Seoul, South Korea. The bridge links the Gwangjin and Seongdong districts to Gangnam included Cheongdam-dong and COEX Mall. It was opened on November 8, 1973. This bridge should not be confused with Yeongdong region or Yeongdong County, or
Konkuk University Law School
Konkuk University Law School is one of the professional graduate schools of Konkuk University, formerly known as the College of Law. Located in Seoul, Republic of Korea, it is one of the 25 government approved law schools. It has the lowest student to faculty ratio in the country. It plans to specialize in real estates law and offers scholarship to all students. 50% of the students will receive half scholarship and the other 50% of the students will get full scholarship.
Jamsil Bridge
The Jamsil Bridge crosses the Han River in South Korea and connects the districts of Songpa-gu and Gwangjin-gu. The bridge was completed in 1972. It is the 6th bridge to be constructed on the Han River.
Star City, Seoul
Star City is a shopping center located in Jayang-dong, Seoul, South Korea. The October 2008 completion of the center was noted as being the main cause of increase in traffic on Seoul Subway Line 2 during the first half of 2009.
Sejong University
Sejong University (세종대학교, 世宗大學校) is a private university located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The history of Sejong University dates to 1940 when a trust established the Kyung Sung Humanities Institute. In 1978, the academy was named Sejong University in honor of Sejong the Great, the fourth king of the Chosun Dynasty and overseer of the Korean alphabet Hangeul.
Jamsil Sports Complex
Jamsil Sports Complex or known as Syngman Rhee Olympic Complex named after the first South Korean president is a group of sports facilities in Songpa-gu in Seoul, Korea. This was built for 1986 Seoul Asian Games and 1988 Seoul Summer Olympic in 1984. This Complex is Korea's largest integrated sports center, spanning an area of 402,816㎡.
COEX Aquarium
The COEX Aquarium in Gangnam district, Seoul, is one of South Korea's largest Aquariums with over 40,000 creatures from over 650 species on display. The COEX Aquarium features 90 exhibition tanks grouped in fourteen "discovery zones", including six themed areas. The aquarium is housed within the COEX mall, which is, itself, part of the larger COEX Convention & Exhibition Center. The aquarium opened in 2000.
ASEM Tower
ASEM Tower is an office building located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam district, Seoul. It was constructed for the Third Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM 3) in 2000. The 836-meter (914-yard) section of sidewalk along Yeongdong Boulevard from exit No.5 of Samseong Station on Seoul Subway Line 2, outside Convention & Exhibition Center and ASEM Tower is designated as a smoke-free zone by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
