Choa Chu Kang
Choa Chu Kang (officially recognized as the Choa Chu Kang New Town and historically known as Chua Chu Kang) is a major residential town and neighbourhood and is a suburban area in the West Region of Singapore. Originally a kampong village, the area has been rapidly developed under the ambition of the Housing and Development Board (HDB) to transform it into a modern township. The town now comprises seven neighbourhoods, including three large ones: Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee and Teck Whye.

The international competition standard, multi-sport facility supports a range of sports and community functions, and opened in the year 2001. The main grandstand has a capacity of 4,000 people. The stadium itself is home to Singapore Armed Forces FC/SAFFC during the S-league football season.

The Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange is an bus interchange which mainly serves the residential neighbourhood of Choa Chu Kang. It is located at Choa Chu Kang Loop and connected to Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT Station and the Lot One Shoppers' Mall. Opened in 1990, this bus interchange is one of the oldest surviving bus interchanges in Singapore to remain intact from re-modification while still in service.
Gali Batu Depot
Gali Batu Depot is a train depot located off Woodlands Road in Singapore. It will provide maintenance services for the upcoming Downtown MRT Line of the Mass Rapid Transit system, and is directly linked to Bukit Panjang MRT Station. Construction of the 21 hectare at grade depot will start in the first quarter of 2009 and be completed by 2015. As part of the construction which started in December 2008, 1,957 graves on part of the Kwong Hou Sua Teochew Cemetery had to be exhumed.
