Râul Doamnei
Râul Doamnei is a left tributary of the Argeş River (the two rivers meet just north of Piteşti). It is formed at the junction of headwaters Valea Rea and Zârna River. It is 98 kilometers in length and frequently dries up in summer, owing to the works upstream that have redirected part of its water supply toward a reservoir serving the hydroelectric plant on the Argeș. Râul Doamnei flows through a hilly region, forming narrow strips of fertile plain on both of its banks.
Stadionul Nicolae Dobrin
Nicolae Dobrin Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Piteşti, Romania, named after football player Nicolae Dobrin. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Argeş Piteşti. The stadium has a capacity of 15,000 people, making it the 18th largest stadium in Romania, however the largest crowd ever recorded was of 28,000 people for the 1979/80 European Champions' Cup match between FC Argeş and Nottingham Forest.

Also Internaţional Curtea de Argeş played its 2009 Liga I home matches here, because its own home ground Municipal Stadium is currently undergoing serious renovation. In 2010 it played on the Nicolae Dobrin Stadium in Piteşti.
