Casa Presei Libere
Casa Presei Libere (The House of the Free Press) is a building in northern Bucharest, Romania, the tallest in the city between 1956 and 2007. A horse race track was built in 1905 on the future site of Casa Presei Libere. A third of the track was removed in 1950 to make way for a wing of the building, and the race track was finally closed and demolished in 1960, after a decision by Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej. Construction began in 1952 and was completed in 1956.

Podul Grant
Podul Grant (Grant Bridge) is a bridge for motorway and lightrail in Bucharest, Romania. It is named after Effingham Grant, the British consul in Bucharest in the mid-19th century. Initially, the bridge was made of steel, and opened in 1910. In the late 1970s, it was remade from concrete. Since then, a number of maintenance and modernisation projects have been executed.

The stadium is steeped in Romanian rugby history. It sits on the former site of the Federaţiei playing fields, where the sport was introduced to the country in the early 20th century. Between 2008 and 2013, the stadium has been renovated and expanded to 5,500 seats with the help of Sector's 1 City Hall.

Dâmbovița Lake ("Lacul Dâmbovița") is a lake situated on Dâmboviţa river in Bucharest and Chiajna, west of Morii Lake and bordering Morii Lake. It has an area of 55 ha. The lake is 3 km from the center of Bucharest (University Square) and is located between: Morii Lake to the East, Giulești district at North, Chiajna and Rosu Forest at South. Bright Light (CIA)
Bright Light is the codename of one of the Central Intelligence Agency's network of black sites -- clandestine interrogation centers. The location of the site, in Bucharest, Romania, was confirmed in an exclusive report from the Associated Press on December 8, 2011. Some of the most important captives in the high value detainee program, including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, were held there. Other sites in the CIA's network were in isolated locations.
