Bihor Mountains
Bihor Mountains is a mountain range in western Romania. It is part of the Apuseni Mountains, which are part of the Carpathian Mountains. The massif has a length of 25 km from the northwest to the southeast and a width of 14 km. It is located east of the town Ştei, and north of the town Brad. The highest peak is Curcubăta Mare, with an altitude 1,849 m the highest of the Apuseni Mountains. Other high peaks are Buteasa (1,790 m), Cârligatele (1,694 m) and Piatra Grăitoare (1,658 m).
Bear Cave
Bear Cave, was discovered in 1975, by "Speodava", an amateur speleologist group, and is considered to be an interesting site-seeing location. The cave is located in the western Apuseni Mountains, on the outskirts of Chişcău Village, in Bihor County, Romania.

Tăul lui Ghib is a sinkhole lake, located in the karst area West of the locality of Vaşcău in Romania. The lake having a length of 60 m and a width of 20 m is a touristical attraction of the area.
