Mielec
Mielec is a city in south-eastern Poland, with a population of 60,979 inhabitants, as of June 2009. It is located in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship (Województwo Podkarpackie) (since 1999); previously it was in Rzeszów Voivodeship (1975–1998). Mielec is the capital city of Mielec County.

Stal Mielec is a Polish football club based in Mielec, Poland. The club was established on April 10, 1939. The construction of the club's current stadium, Stadion Stali Mielec at Solskiego 1, was concluded in 1953. Currently the stadium is undergoing a major renovation.
