Ozimek
Ozimek is a town in Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, Poland, with 10,040 inhabitants (2004). History of the town starts in 1753, when Malapanew steelworks was opened, the first one in Silesia. In mid-19th century, Ozimek was located on the major rail route Lubliniec - Opole and the town quickly developed. However, it was not officially incorporated as a town until 1962. Among objects of interest, there is an iron bridge, opened in 1827.

Krasiejów (German Krascheow) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ozimek, within Opole County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres east of Ozimek and 23 km east of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. The village has a population of 2,050. Abundant skeletons of the Upper Triassic tetrapods were described from the pit. Two paleontological museums and large dinopark (so-called JuraPark) are at Krasiejów.

Spórok is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kolonowskie, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres west of Kolonowskie, 15 km north of Strzelce Opolskie, and 25 km east of the regional capital Opole. Before 1945 the area was part of Germany. Since November 2008 Spórok has also officially gone by its pre-war German name of Carmerau. The village has a population of 667. It is the smallest village in the gmina.
Ozimek Suspension Bridge
The Ozimek Suspension Bridge (Polish: Most wiszący w Ozimku) is a suspension bridge over the Mała Panew River in Ozimek, Poland. Designed by Karl Schottelius and completed in 1827, it is the second oldest wrought iron suspension bridge in Europe. The bridge was manufactured in a local Malapane Steelworks in Ozimek which supplied bridges to European cities from Berlin to Petersburg. It was constructed between 1825 and 1827 from parts made of 57 tons of wrought iron and 14 tons of steel.
