Wola is a district in western Warsaw, Poland, formerly the village of Wielka Wola, incorporated into Warsaw in 1916. An industrial area with traditions reaching back to the early 19th century, it is slowly changing into an office and residential district. Several museums are located in Wola.
Okopowa Street Jewish Cemetery
The Okopowa Street Jewish Cemetery is one of the largest Jewish cemeteries in Europe. Located on Warsaw's Okopowa street and abutting the Powązki Cemetery at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:52|14|51|N|20|58|29|E|type:landmark_region:PL | |name= }}, the Jewish Cemetery was established in 1806 and occupies 33 hectares (83 acres) of land. Warsaw Uprising Museum
The Warsaw Uprising Museum (named Warsaw Rising Museum, Polish: Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego), located in the Wola district of Warsaw, Poland, is a museum dedicated to the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. The institution of the Museum was established in 1983, but no construction work took place for many years, and the museum finally opened on July 31, 2004, marking the 60th anniversary of the Uprising.
Wola massacre
The Wola massacre (Polish: Rzeź Woli, "Wola slaughter") was the systematic killing of around 40,000-50,000 people by Nazi German troops during the Warsaw Uprising in 1944. Between 5–12 August 1944, tens of thousands of Polish civilians along with captured resistance fighters were indiscriminately shot or killed in organised mass executions throughout the Wola district of the Polish capital Warsaw.

Warsaw Railway Museum
The Railway Museum in Warsaw (Muzeum Kolejnictwa w Warszawie) is located in the former Warsaw Główna PKP railway terminus and is a mere stone's throw away from the Warszawa Ochota railway station. The museum's exhibits are divided into permanent and temporary collections — the latter being displayed inside the museum's galleries. The permanent collection consists of historic rolling stock that is displayed on the tracks outside.
Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station
Warsaw Metro station B-10 Rondo Daszyńskiego will be the first station of the central part of the Warsaw Metro line 2, which is now under construction. It is due to be built by 30 September 2013, but will not be operational until the whole central part of the line 2 is finished, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. The station will be located just west of Rondo Daszyńskiego, named in honor of Ignacy Daszyński.

On 20 May 2012 it was incorporated into Warszawa Zachodnia station as its Platform 8, and is currently marked as Warszawa Zachodnia per. 8. Despite the change, it maintains all the functionality of Warszawa Wola. The station was built in the 1980s just 250 m from Warszawa Zachodnia station on the Warsaw orbital line, which goes through Warszawa Gdańska station.
