Praga
Praga is a historical borough of Warsaw, the capital of Poland. It is located on the east bank of the river Vistula. First mentioned in 1432, until 1791 it formed a separate town with its own city charter.
10th-Anniversary Stadium
10th-Anniversary Stadium, opened in 1955, was for decades the largest stadium in Warsaw, and one of the largest in Poland. Under the Polish People's Republic, it was one of the most advertised construction sites and a principal venue for Party and state festivities. In the 1980s the stadium became dilapidated, as no funds could be found to refurbish it.
Powiśle
Powiśle is a neighbourhood in Warsaw's borough of Śródmieście (city centre). It is located between the Vistula river and its escarpment. Historically it is composed of three neighbourhoods: the Powiśle proper, Mariensztat to the north (just below the Warsaw's Old Town) and Solec to the south. In 17th and 18th centuries the area became populated mostly with the poor of Warsaw. Little changed in 19th century when the neighbourhood became slightly industrialized.
Praga Park
Soldiers of the Polish First Army Park otherwise known as Praga Park is a park in Warsaw, Poland. The park is located in the city's Praga district, on the east bank of the Wisła River. Praga Park was established in 1865-71 and designed by Jan Dobrowolski. In 1927 a zoological garden (Ogród Zoologiczny) was established on the park grounds, and in 1952 a bear run, still open today.
Debrecen Stadion
Debrecen Stadion or Nagyerdei Stadion is a football stadium in Debrecen, Hungary, under construction as of 2013. Once completed in 2014, it will be used for football matches and will serve the home matches of Debreceni VSC. The stadium will have seating capacity for 20,020 people and will replace their current stadium Stadion Oláh Gábor Út. After its completion it will be the second largest stadium in Hungary.
Poniatowski Bridge
Poniatowski Bridge is a bridge in Warsaw. Originally built between 1904 and 1914, it was damaged in each of the World Wars and rebuilt afterwards. It spans the Vistula, connecting Powiśle with the Praga quarter on the other side. Its viaduct is an extension of Aleje Jerozolimskie.
Mariensztat
Mariensztat is a neighbourhood in Warsaw's borough of Śródmieście (city centre). It is located between the Vistula river and the Old Town. The historical neighbourhood dates from the 18th century, when local nobleman Eustachy Potocki married Maria Kątska and received the parcel of land as part of Kątska's dowry. He established a jurydyka and named the town Maryenstadt after his wife, adding the German suffix stadt to please the Saxon king of Poland.
Warsaw Zoo
The Warsaw Zoological Garden, known simply as the Warsaw Zoo (Polish: Miejski Ogród Zoologiczny w Warszawie) is a scientific zoo on Ratuszowa Street in Warsaw, Poland. The zoo covers about 40 hectares in downtown Warsaw, and sees 600,000 visitors annually. It is home to over 4,000 animals representing more than 500 species. The zoo is an accredited member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria (EAZA) and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA).
Bródno
Bródno is a neighbourhood in the Warsaw's borough of Targówek, located on the eastern side of the Vistula river. It is inhabited by approximately 100 thousand people. Among the most notable landmarks are the Bródno Park and the Bródno cemetery, the largest cemetery in Warsaw and one of the largest cemeteries in Europe.
National Stadium, Warsaw
The National Stadium in the name of Kazimierz Górski is a retractable roof football stadium located in Warsaw, Poland. It is used mostly for football matches and it is the home stadium of Poland national football team. The stadium has a seating capacity of 58,145 which makes it the largest association football arena in Poland. Its construction started in 2008 and finished in November 2011.
Fryderyk Chopin University of Music
The Fryderyk Chopin University of Music (Uniwersytet Muzyczny Fryderyka Chopina) is located at ulica Okólnik 2 in central Warsaw, Poland. It is the oldest and largest music school in Poland, and one of the largest in Europe.
Copernicus Science Centre
Copernicus Science Center (Polish: Centrum Nauki Kopernik) is a science museum standing on the bank of the Vistula River in Warsaw, Poland. It contains over 450 interactive exhibits that enable visitors to single-handedly carry out experiments and discover the laws of science for themselves. The Center is the largest institution of its type in Poland and one of the most advanced in Europe. On 25 September 2012 the Center celebrated its two-millionth visitor.
Church of Our Lady of Loreto
The Church of Our Lady of Loreto (Polish: Kościół Matki Boskiej Loretańskiej) is an ornate church in Praga, a district of Warsaw, Poland, on the east bank of the Vistula River. The church stands on Ratuszowa (City Hall) Street and is Praga’s oldest monument. What may be seen today is a former chapel that on its south side was once attached to a baroque church and a Bernardine (Minor Friars) monastery.
Warszawa Wileńska station
Warsaw Wileńska is an important railway station in Warsaw, Poland. Located in the eastern borough of Praga Północ, it was built in 19th century as the westernmost and final terminus of a Russian gauge Warsaw – Saint Petersburg Railway. Currently it serves mostly local and suburban trains run by Koleje Mazowieckie.
Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa railway station
Warsaw Wschodnia is one of the most important railway stations in Warsaw, Poland. Its more official name is Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa (literally translated as Warsaw East Passenger). It is located on the eastern side of the Vistula river, on the border of the Praga Północ and Praga Południe district, on the Warsaw Cross-City Line.
Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station
Warsaw Metro station B-14 Centrum Nauki Kopernik will be the fifth station of the central part of the Warsaw Metro line 2, which is now under construction. It should be built by 27 October 2013, but it won't be operational until the whole central part of the line 2 is finished, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. The station will be near the Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie street, very close to the bank of the Vistula river.
Warsaw University Library
Warsaw University Library (Polish: Biblioteka Uniwersytecka w Warszawie, BUW) is a library of the University of Warsaw, Poland. The library was founded in 1816, linguist Samuel Linde became its first director. The library initially housed mostly theological and historical books, the collection was however enlarged by papers from other scientific fields in 1825.

Bródno Cemetery

St. Florian's Cathedral
St. Florian's Cathedral, more formally known as the Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel and St. Florian the Martyr (Polish: Katedra Świętego Michała Archanioła i Świętego Floriana), is a Catholic church and historical landmark at ul. Floriańska 3 (English: 3 Florian Street) in eastern Warsaw. The 75-meter towers of St. Florian’s dominate the Praga district and highlight the cathedral’s role as a form of protest against the Russian domination of Poland.
Stadion Narodowy metro station
Stadion Narodowy will be an underground station on the central part of Line 2 of the Warsaw Metro, which is now under construction. It will not be operational until the whole central part of the line is finished, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. It is named for and designed to service the National Stadium (Stadion Narodowy). The station will not be open in time for the finals of the UEFA Euro 2012 tournament to be hosted at the stadium.

Dworzec Wilenski will be an underground station on the central part of Line 2 of the Warsaw Metro, which is now under construction. It will not be operational until the whole central part of the line is finished, which is scheduled for the end of 2013. The station will be constructed under Plac Wilenski beside Warszawa Wileńska station, with a direct interchange between them.

Warszawa Stadion railway station
Warszawa Stadion is a railway station in Warsaw, Poland, located in the district of Praga Południe close to the National Stadium. The station has two side platforms flanking the suburban tracks of the Warsaw Cross-City Line. The platforms are used by regional trains run by Koleje Mazowieckie and Szybka Kolej Miejska. The station building was designed by Arseniusz Romanowicz and Piotr Szymaniak in 1955.
