Bayang, Lanao del Sur
Bayang is a 5th class municipality in the province of Lanao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 21,020 people in 2,789 households.

BINIDAYAN Sultan Muliloda Dimaporo is a scion of many principalities in Lanao and born in the Sultanate of Binidayan to Datumolok Dimaporo and Bae Lopac Macarangkat, a royal couple variably descended from founding Ancestors Sayawa, Pondag and Ampaso of Binidayan, Bae Lopac was descended from Diwan of Bayang and Dianaton of Butig, Crowned Sultan of Binidayan on early 70’s and Graduated Mayor of Binidayan, he was chairman of 28 piyakambabaya ko Taritib (28 councils of Lanao Sultanates) During his reign, he received various awards from private and Government Organization, one of them was model mayor for his Charitable services in the community, and Binidayan was awarded by the national goverment as one of the most peaceful municipality in Lanao Sultan Muliloda married to Bae Hadji Omen Salam Balindong Benito and graced with 11 children, in his subsequent marriage got 4 siblings, one of his sibling is Datu Anowar Binito Datumulok who become mayor of Pagayawan Lanao del sur for Six (6) years, and Datu Punudaranao Panny Binito Datumulok 6 years mayor in municipality of Binidayan, The Sultan, known for his Kind and approachable, However he was sincere and dedicated to his work which made him an effective Sultan/Mayor but not a political leader, he was friendly and (Makilololotun) but he was, nevertheless, firm in his resolve and action, he was humble and helpful to his people that made his name popular and respected Leader, and people in the Sultanate of Binidayan are proud of him..
