Shlomo Carlebach (musician)

Motza
Motza (or Motsa) is a neighbourhood in the western edge of Jerusalem, Israel, located 600 metres above sea level. In the Judean Hills, surrounded by forest, it is a relatively isolated place connected to Jerusalem by the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway and the winding mountain road to Har Nof. Beeroth (biblical city)
Beeroth (Be'erot, lit. "wells") was a Biblical town seven miles northwest of Jerusalem. The town was an ancient Hivite settlement, and is mentioned in Joshua 9:17, 18:25, 2 Samuel 4:2, Ezra 2:25 and Nehemiah 7:29. Because there are no known ruins for Beeroth, the location of the town is disputed.
Castel National Park
Castel National Park (גן לאומי קסטל) is an Israeli national park which consists of a fortified summit located at the Judean Mountains, at the site of the former Arab village of Al-Qastal. It is located 8 km west of Jerusalem on the road linking it to Tel Aviv. The site is mostly known as the place of the key battles of Operation Nachshon which were held there in April 1948 during the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.
