Boat Basin Park
The Boat Basin Park, is situated at Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi. Boat Basin Park has constructed spread over an area of 240 acres (40 acres dry area and basin on 200 acres). The park was constructed by the defunct Karachi Development Authority (KDA) in the late 1960s. Later, the KDA handed over control of the park to the defunct Karachi Metropolitan Corporation and after the introduction of devolution of power the park was placed under the control of the city district government Karachi.

Manora, Karachi
Manora or Manoro is a small peninsula (2.5 km²) located just south of the Port of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Manora is connected to the mainland by a 12 kilometer long causeway called the Sandspit. Manora and neighboring islands form a protective barrier between Karachi harbor to the north and the Arabian Sea to the south.
