Landhi Town is a large industrial town in the eastern part of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is bordered by the Faisal Cantonment and Shah Faisal Town to the north across the Malir River, Bin Qasim Town to the south and east, and Korangi Town to the west. The population of Landhi Town was estimated to be over 660,000 at the 1998 census, of which 99% are Muslim. Manora Cantonment

In 1989 the race Club then shifted from to the present location at Deh Safroon, Main University Road, Malir Cantonment, in Karachi.

Malir River Bridge
The Malir River Bridge is to date Pakistan's largest bridge which spans 5,000 metres . This bridge was inaugurated by Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat ul Ibad on Wednesday 4 February 2009. The cost of the bridge is PKR 1.2 billion or USD 14 million funded by the Government of Pakistan. The bridge has shortened the distance by 28 kilometres for the residents of Korangi, Landhi and Shah Faisal towns. To enable construction 42 houses were demolished and the owners were compensated by the government.
Steel Town
Steel Town is an 8,126-acre residential area for employees of Pakistan Steel Mills, with subsidised rents for essential employees. It is located on the edge of the N-5 National Highway that leads to Thatta from Karachi. Steel Town is about 40 kilometres from Karachi. The neighbouring areas include Pipri, Shah Latif Town, and Gulshan-e-Hadeed.
