Climate of Karachi
The climate of Karachi features an arid climate, albeit a moderate version of this climate. Karachi is located on the coast and as a result has a relatively mild climate. Karachi has two main seasons; Summer & Winter, while spring and autumn are very short. Summer season persists for longest period during the year. The level of precipitation is low for most of the year. Less precipitation during summer is due to inversion layer. Karachi also receives the monsoon rains from July to September.

Frere Hall
Frere Hall is one of the many remnant buildings of the British colonial era that still exist in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It was built in honour of Sir Henry Bartle Edward Frere (1815–1884), who was known for promoting economic development in Karachi. As of 2011, Frere hall is open to the public again. On Sundays there is a book bazaar in the courtyards where it is possible to purchase some old out of print books amongst others.
Mohatta Palace
The Mohatta Palace is located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It was built by Shivratan Chandraratan Mohatta, an ambitious self-made businessman from Marwar as his summer home in 1927. The architect of the palace was Agha Ahmed Hussain. However, Mohatta could enjoy this building for only about two decades before independence of Pakistan and he left Karachi for India.

More than 10 million people visited the park per year. Is also the largest family park in South Asia.

Beach View Park aka Beach Park is located in Clifton, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. The park, constructed at Clifton beach, It was inaugurated on December 12, 2005. The park, constructed under the special supervision of Sindh Governor Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, is part of the under-construction Grand Recreation Project. This beautiful park, spread over an area of 47 acres, has been constructed along 3.7 km of the coastal driveway.
Abdullah Shah Ghazi Mausoleum
The Tomb of Abdullah Shah Ghazi, is located at perched on a hilltop overlooking Clifton Beach, Karachi, Pakistan. The mazar (tomb) is built on a very high platform with the grave being downstairs. The tomb has a tall and square chamber and a green-and-white striped dome, decorated with Sindhi tilework flags and bunting/ Abdullah Shah Ghazi's tomb attracts a steady stream of devotees who shuffle forward to caress the silver railing around the burial place and drape it with garlands of flowers.
Bilawal House I
Bilawal House, is the personal residence of Ms. Benazir Bhutto and Mr. Asif Ali Zardari. It was built after marriage of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and was named after birth of their first son, "Bilawal Bhutto Zardari". It is located on Khayaba-e-Saadi, Karachi. After Benazir Bhutto returned to Pakistan in 2007 from exile, she again stayed in Bilawal House. 70 Clifton is the house which was built by Shaheed Zulifiqar Ali Bhutto and was his official and personal residence of Bhutto Family.

Gizri is one of the neighborhoods of Clifton Cantonment in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. There are several ethnic groups including Muhajir, Sindhis, Punjabis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras and Ismailis. It is famous for its 24-hour restaurants and its paved alleys. Gizri is a relatively peaceful area and is famous for its tailoring shops. Besides Gizri is home to the headquarter of Kyukushin karate. Many famous Karate fighters including Samir Khan Kakar live in Gizri.

Boat Basin Park
The Boat Basin Park, is situated at Boat Basin, Clifton, Karachi. Boat Basin Park has constructed spread over an area of 240 acres (40 acres dry area and basin on 200 acres). The park was constructed by the defunct Karachi Development Authority (KDA) in the late 1960s. Later, the KDA handed over control of the park to the defunct Karachi Metropolitan Corporation and after the introduction of devolution of power the park was placed under the control of the city district government Karachi.

Clifton Fish Aquarium
The Clifton Fish Aquarium, was an aquarium located at the Address,Shahrah-e-Firdausi, Block 3, Clifton, Karachi Clifton near Abdullah Shah Ghazi’s shrine in Karachi, Pakistan between 1965 and 1998. Several attempts were made to reopen the aquarium after the initial closing, but it remains closed. In 2012, there were plans to reopen it. It is Karachi's largest public aquarium.
Karachi Cantonment railway station
Karachi Cantonment Railway Station (often abbreviated as Karachi Cantt. ) is one of the principal railway stations in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is situated near Dr Daud Pota Road. It was earlier known as Frere Street Station. The construction of the station was started in 1896 and was completed in 1898 at a total cost of Rs. 80,000. The present building of Karachi Cantt station has been declared a ‘Protected Heritage’ by the Government of Sindh.

It is situated in the Clifton area of the city - famous for its SeaView Beach - standing the test of time for roughly 85 years to date. There are two structures; 1. The Promenade Pavilion, 2 The Pier of the complex which is named after Lady Lloyd, Governor of Bombay Sir George Lloyd's wife.
Frere Street
Frere Street was renamed, during the 1970s, to Dr Daud Pota Road. It was one of the streets in Saddar Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It may have been named after Sir Henry Bartle Edward Frere (1815–1884), whose name is also carried by one of the iconic buildings of the Raj in India, Frere Hall, Karachi. Frere Street ran parallel to Zaibunnisa Street.
