Guldbergaunet Stadion
Gulbergaunet stadion is an association football venue in Steinkjer, Norway. The record attendance through all times is 13,997 when the home team, Steinkjer FK played against Lyn (and lost 1–0) in the Norwegian Football Cup semi final 1970. The venue hosted the Norwegian Athletics Championships in 1978 and 2000. In 2003, the field was rebuilt with artificial turf.

Steinkjer Station is a railway station located in the town of Steinkjer in the municipality of Steinkjer in Nord-Trøndelag county, Norway. The station is located on the Nordland Line, serving both local and express trains northbound through Innherred and on to Nordland, and southbound to Trondheim. The staffed station sits adjacent to the E6 highway. The station is at the northern terminus of the Trøndelag Commuter Rail to Trondheim. An hourly service usually runs on this line.

County Road 17, also known as the Coastal Highway, is a Norwegian highway that runs from Bodø in Nordland county (in the north) to Steinkjer in Nord-Trøndelag county (in the south). It is 630 kilometres long and includes six ferry crossings. The road runs along the coast of Nordland and Nord-Trøndelag counties through 28 different municipalities. This road is a much more scenic, albeit longer and more time-consuming, route than the inland European Route E6 highway.

Steinkjerelva is a 5-kilometer long river in Steinkjer, Norway. It forms at the confluence between Byaelva and Ogna at Guldbergaunet and flows through the town of Steinkjer before flowing into Beitstadfjorden, the inner part of the Trondheimsfjord. The river is crossed by four bridges, including one for the Nordland Line and Sneppen Bridge of the E6. The river drains the entire Snåsavatnet watershed, which covers an area of 2,143 square kilometers .
