Aker Stadion
Aker Stadion, formerly known as Molde Stadion, is a football stadium located at Reknes in Molde, Norway, and is the home of Norwegian Premier League club Molde. The stadium has a capacity of 11,800 spectators. The building was designed by architect Kjell Kosberg. It cost NOK 212 million, most of which was paid for by club-owner Kjell Inge Røkke—after whom the ground has been nicknamed "Røkkeløkka".
Rica Seilet Hotel
Rica Seilet Hotel is a high-rise building in Molde, Norway. The building is a hotel which was opened on 11 September 2002. At 16 floors and 82 metres, it is the tallest building in Molde. The tower has become a famous attraction, even though it was met with large opposition before the building was approved. The hotel contains 170 rooms, ten meeting rooms, two bars, and a restaurant. Next to the hotel, sharing the same entrance with the hotel, lies Bjørnsonhuset.
Bolsøy Bridge
Bolsøy Bridge is a concrete beam bridge that crosses the Bolsøysund between the mainland and the island of Bolsøya. Bolsøy Bridge was opened in 1991. The bridge is part of County Road 64 and together with the Fannefjord Tunnel forms a ferry-free connection from Molde to Bolsøya to Nesjestranda. The 555-metre long bridge is located 10 kilometres southeast of the city of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.
Romsdalsfjord
Romsdalsfjord is the ninth longest fjord in Norway. It is 88 kilometres long and located in the Romsdal district of Møre og Romsdal county. It flows through the municipalities of Midsund, Haram, Vestnes, Molde, Nesset, and Rauma. The deepest point in the fjord is just southwest of Molde where it is 550 metres deep. The western inlet of the fjord is generally considered to be between Dryna (in Midsund) and Brattvåg (in Haram).
Moldemarka
Moldemarka is the 30-square-kilometre hilly and mostly wooded recreational area north of the city of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The area is famous for the Molde panorama, with a magnificent view of more than 222 rugged and partly snow-clad peaks, mountainous islands, lush green hills, and the North Atlantic Ocean to the north and west.
Moldefjord
The Moldefjord is a fjord in the municipality of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is a 20-kilometre long branch of the Romsdalsfjord, running past the city of Molde in and east-west bound direction from Julsund to the west, north of the Molde archipelago and Bolsøya, and continuing east into the Fannefjord.
Moldeelva
The Moldeelva (Molde River) runs through Moldemarka and through the city of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Its origins are found at the lake Moldevatnet. It follows Moldedalen (Molde valley) on its way to Moldefjord. The approximately 5-kilometre long river is crossed by several bridges. Although the river is minor and seasonal, there were several sawmills along its course in the 17th and 18th centuries.

Moldevatnet (Lake Molde) is the main reservoir and water supply for the city of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The 19-hectare lake is the source of the river Moldeelva and it is located about 4 kilometres north of the city of Molde, and the north end lies about 200 metres southeast of the municipal border with Fræna.
Molde Archipelago
The Molde Archipelago is a chain of about 50 tree-clad islands and islets, 2 km south the city of Molde, Norway. The archipelago is public, protected land, and a recreational resort. The main island, Hjertøya, hosts the Museum of Fisheries, a collection of maritime culture from the 17th-19th centuries, and is serviced by water taxi from Molde. Access to the islands is free and unrestricted, but in compliance with the guidelines of Molde's Park and Environmental Department.
Fannefjord
Fannefjorden is a fjord located in the municipality of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is a 20-kilometre long extension of the Moldefjord, running east-west near the south side of the Romsdal peninsula. The fjord begins just east of the city of Molde on the north shore with the island of Bolsøya on the south side. It is believed that Fannefjord is very old name, and perhaps a name originally applied to the whole area.

Molde Idrettspark
Molde idrettspark, until 1998 known as Molde stadion, is a multi-purpose stadium located in Molde, Norway. It serves as the home ground for the athletics team IL Molde-Olymp and the football clubs SK Træff and reserve and development teams of Molde FK. Prior to the 1998 opening of Aker Stadion it also served as the home ground for Molde FK's Norwegian Premier League team. The stadium opened on 28 August 1955 and has a capacity for 15,000 spectators.

Tresfjorden
Tresfjorden is a fjord in the municipality of Vestnes in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The 12-kilometre long fjord branches off of the Romsdalsfjord near the village of Vestnes, and it stretches south to the village of Tresfjord. The highways E39 and E136 are located along the shoreline of the fjord, but the highway E136 is soon going to be re-routed over a new bridge being constructed across the fjord. The bridge is to open in 2013.
Bolsøya
Bolsøya is an island in the Fannefjord in the Romsdalsfjord in the municipality of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is connected to the mainland by the Bolsøy Bridge and to the city of Molde by the Fannefjord Tunnel, both on County Road 64. The island is unique due to its 6-kilometre long finger-shaped peninsula that is only 400 metres wide at its widest. The Molde archipelago lies just to the west of the island and the island of Sekken lies about 4 kilometres to the south.
Sekken
Sekken is an island in the Romsdalsfjord, at the mouth of the Langfjorden, in the municipality of Molde in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The island lies about 4 kilometres south of the island of Bolsøya and about 1 kilometre west of the island of Veøya. There are no road connections to the 18.7-square-kilometre island except for a ferry connection between the city of Molde and Seterneset on the island.
Frænfjorden
The Frænfjorden is a fjord in the municipality of Fræna in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The approximately 12-kilometre long fjord flows from Malmefjorden to the Julsund strait near the island of Gossa. The villages of Malme, Sylte, Elnesvågen, Aureosen, and Tornes are all located along the shores of the fjord. There are many small islands scattered throughout the fjord.
Årø, Norway
Årø is a neighborhood of Molde, Norway. The area is dominated by industry and features Molde Airport, Årø, the main airport for Romsdal. Årø is located at the intersection of European Route E39, which runs west into town and eastwards towards Gjemnes, and Norwegian County Road 64, which runs north towards the Tussen Tunnel and south towards the Fannefjord Tunnel.
Tussen Tunnel
The Tussen Tunnel is a 2,840-meter long road tunnel located on County Road 64 in Molde, Norway. It opened on 13 October 1990 to shorten County Road 64; however, the tunnel is privately owned and was originally not officially part of the county road. The tunnel is owned by Tusten Tunnelselskap AS, which is owned by several local municipalities and banks. The tunnel has 5,000 daily vehicles.
Fannefjord Tunnel
The Fannefjord Tunnel is a 2,743-meter long subsea road tunnel which crosses Fannefjorden in Molde, Norway. Part of County Road 64, it connects the island of Bolsøya to the mainland at Årø, where it intersects with E39. The tunnel was part of the Skåla Fixed Link, which also included new roads on Bolsøya and the Bolsøy Bridge from Bolsøya to Skålahalvøya. The tunnel opened on 24 May 1991 and was partially financed as a toll road. Toll collection remained until 15 June 2005.
Molde Cathedral
Molde Cathedral is the cathedral of the Diocese of Møre of the Church of Norway, located in Molde, Norway. Designed by Finn Bryn, it was completed in 1957, as the fourth church to be located at the spot. It became a cathedral in 1983, when the Diocese of Møre was created.

Møre og Romsdal County Municipality (Norwegian: Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune) is the regional governing administration of Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The main responsibilities of the county municipality includes the running of 24 upper secondary schools with 2,000 teachers. It also operates the owns and finances road network, although operation is done by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
