Bergen Aquarium
Bergen Aquarium (Norwegian: Akvariet i Bergen) is a public aquarium in Norway. It is situated on the Nordnes peninsula in Bergen and is one of the city's tourist attractions. When it opened in 27 August 1960, it was considered to be the largest and most modern aquarium in Northern Europe. The complex houses over 60 tanks of fish, marine invertebrates, as well as three outdoor ponds with seals, penguins and cyprinids and a tropical branch with reptiles and monkeys.

Nordnes
Nordnes is a peninsula and neighbourhood in the city centre of Bergen, Norway. Bergen Aquarium is located at the tip of the peninsula. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research and Fredriksberg Fortress are also located on Nordnes. The neighbourhood Nordnes includes approximately 50% of the peninsula. The neighbourhoods Strandsiden and Verftet, as well as parts of Nøstet, are also located on Nordnes.
Puddefjorden
Puddefjorden is an inlet or fjord in central Bergen, Norway. An arm of Byfjorden, Puddefjorden is 3.5 km long and stretches from the tip of the Nordnes peninsula to the bay of Solheimsviken at the entrance to Store Lungegårdsvann. The fjord is 1.2 km at its widest, between Nordnes and inner Laksevåg. The innermost part of the fjord, known as Damsgårdssundet, is far more narrow, scarcely 100 m wide at the narrowest.
Nordnes Park
The Nordnes Park is a public park on the north-west end of the Nordnes peninsula in Bergen, Norway. It was established 1888-1898 after an initiative from Edvard G. Johannessen in Det nyttige Sels¨kab and is 32.7 decare. Bergen Aquarium and the head quarter of the Norwegian Institute of Marine Research is located in the park. A totem pole given from Bergens twinned town Seattle in connection with Bergens 900 years celebration in 1970 is erected in the Nordnes Park.
Eidsvåg, Bergen
Eidsvåg is a neighborhood in Bergen, Norway, in the borough Åsane. It is located north of Ytre Sandviken, northwest of Jordal, southwest of Ervik and south of Eidsvågen, an arm of Byfjorden. Eidsvåg was the administrative center of the former municipality of Åsane, until the municipal merger in 1972. The area is mainly residential. It has Eidsvåg School, Eidsvåg Church, a slaughterhouse for Nortura, a marina and the former Eidsvåg Fabrikker.
