Jar (station)
Jar is a station served both by the Oslo Metro and the Oslo Tramway located in Bærum, just west of Lysakerelva which divides Oslo and Bærum. The track is shared, the tram line joins with the rapid transit line on the Oslo side of the river. The station's penthouse is yellow and contained a newspaper outlet. Formerly, the entire line to Kolsås was part of the tram network. Since 2 December 2007 tram operations (line 13) have returned on this line from Jar to Bekkestua.
Bjørnsletta (old station)
Bjørnsletta was a station on the Kolsås Line (line 6) of the Oslo Metro in Norway. Located between Åsjordet and Lysakerelven stations in the Ullern borough, Bjørnsletta was—along with Frøen—the only station on the subway network lacking step-free access to the platforms. The station was opened on 15 June 1942 when the line from Sørbyhaugen to Jar had been completed.
Østerås (station)
Østerås is the terminal station on the Røa Line of the Oslo Metro. The station is located in Bærum municipality, 10.2 km from Stortinget. Østerås was opened on 16 November 1972, extending the line from Lijordet. Østerås is a largely residential area. Next to the station is the middle school Østerås. The station also serves Eikeli Upper Secondary School.
Tandberg Storage
Tandberg Storage ASA was a magnetic tape data storage company based in Lysaker, Norway. The company was a subsidiary of Tandberg Data. The company was spun off from Tandberg Data in 2003 to focus exclusively on tape drives. It was purchased by the same company in 2008. Tandberg Storage developed four drive series, all based on Linear Tape-Open (LTO) specifications. Manufacturing was outsourced to the Chinese-based Lafè Peripherals International. Tandberg Storage also owned 93.5% of O-Mass AS.

Eiksmarka is a station on the Røa Line of the Oslo Metro. It is located between Ekraveien and Lijordet, 8.9 km from Stortinget. The station was opened in 1951 as part of the extension to Lijordet. After the closing of Grini in 1995, it is the first of three stations on the Røa Line within Bærum municipality, and passengers travelling here from Oslo need to pay a higher fare.

Lysakerelven is a former station in western Oslo on the Kolsås Line of the Oslo T-bane network, between the stations of Bjørnsletta and Jar, 8.4 kilometers from Stortinget. It was the last station within Oslo's boundaries before the line continues into Bærum; taking its name from the river Lysakerelven which is the boundary between Oslo and Bærum. The station was opened on 15 June 1942. Along with most of the line, Lysakerelven closed for upgrades since 1 July 2006.

Lijordet is a station on the Røa Line of the Oslo Metro. It is located between Østerås and Eiksmarka, 9.6 km from Stortinget. It is the second of three stations on the Røa Line within Bærum municipality, and passengers travelling here from Oslo need to pay a higher fare. The station was opened in 1951 when Røabanen was expanded from Grini to Lijordet.
Tjernsrud (station)
Tjernsrud was a station on the Kolsås Line (line 6) on the Oslo Metro system. Located in Bærum, Norway, it was between Ringstabekk and Jar, 9.9 km west of Stortinget. It served the neighborhoods of northern Stabekk and southeastern Jar. The station was opened on 1 July 1924 as part of the tramway Bærum Line. Along with most of the line, Tjernsrud was closed for upgrades since 1 July 2006.

Ringstabekk was a station on the Kolsås Line (line 2) on the Oslo Metro system. Located in Bærum it was between Bekkestua and Tjernsrud, 10.5 km west of Stortinget. The station was opened on 1 July 1924 as part of the tramway Bærum Line. Along with most of the line, Ringstabekk has been closed for upgrades since 1 July 2006 and its service is temporarily provided by tram line 13, as an extension of the service from Jar to Bekkestua.
Eiksmarka
Eiksmarka is a suburb of the Norwegian municipality of Bærum with around 4,000 inhabitants, just west of Oslo. It is served by Eiksmarka station. It is an affluent area in the most expensive part of Bærum, north of the borough of Jar. Eiksmarka is known for good golfing and tennis, and had, from 2008-2011, the only Norwegian restaurant outside Oslo with one star in the Michelin Guide, when the restaurant was closed down.
Grini (station)
Grini is a former subway station on the Røa Line of the Oslo Metro. The station was located between Ekraveien and Eiksmarka, and was opened when the Røa Line was extended into Bærum on 22 December 1948. It was the first station on the Røa Line located in Bærum; the line would later be extended to Lijordet (1951) and Østerås (1972). Grini station was closed as a part of the Røa Line overhaul in 1995.
Lilleaker (station)
Lilleaker is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. Located at Lilleaker in Ullern, it was the terminus of the Lilleaker Line when it was opened in 1919 by Kristiania Elektriske Sporvei as an extension of the Skøyen Line (Øraker was the original name). In 1924 the Lilleaker Line was extended twice into Bærum, first to Bekkestua and then to Avløs. In February 2009, the part of the line west of Lilleaker was closed due to upgrades on the Kolsås Line.
Granfoss Tunnel
The Granfoss Tunnel are two tunnels on Ring 3 in Oslo, Norway. The tunnels are 2.1 km long and they are part of the Granfoss Line, a 2.9 km stretch of motorway which was opened in 1992 connecting Ring 3 with the European route E18. The name comes from the Granfossen waterfall on the Lysakerelva river which passes nearby. The two tunnels run from Lysaker to Mustad, and from Mustad to Ullern Church, respectively.
Øvrevoll Galoppbane
Øvrevoll Galoppbane is the only gallop racecourse in Norway It is located at Øvrevoll between Østerås (west), Jar (south) and Eiksmarka (north) in Bærum. It has both a turf track and an all-weather track. It was officially opened in 1932 by King Haakon VII and Queen Maud. The biggest event of the year is the Derby Day, one Sunday at the end of August every year. Øvrevoll Galoppbane has a grandstand with a restaurant, as well as the Stallkroen Restaurant on the north side of the track.
CC Vest
CC Vest is a Norwegian shopping centre in Lilleaker, Oslo. It has 78 outlets, and mainly serves western Oslo as well as eastern Bærum. It was opened in 1989. The localities were previously used for industrial production by the company O. Mustad & Son, who by the 1980s wanted to cease this activity. The mall went through expansions in 1990, 1991, 2000 and 2004.
Bjørnsletta (station)
Bjørnsletta is a station on the Kolsås Line of the Oslo Metro. It serves the residential area of Øraker in Oslo, Norway and is served by Line 2. The station opened on 17 August 2010 and replaced two former stations: Bjørnsletta (located at a different location) and Lysakerelven. Both these stations were closed in 2006 while the Kolsås Line was being upgraded from a light rail to a rapid transit. Bjørnsletta is 8.2 kilometres from Stortinget.

Øraker (station)
Øraker is a light rail station on the Oslo Tramway. Located at Øraker in Ullern, it was opened in 1924, the Lilleaker Line was extended to Jar. In February 2009, the part of the line west of Lilleaker station was closed due to upgrades on the Kolsås Line. The curtailing of the line eliminated Øraker station for the time being, disappointing the area residents. Bærum Waldorf School
The Bærum Waldorf School (Norwegian: Steinerskolen i Bærum, lit. "The Steiner School in Bærum") is a private school in the Norwegian municipality of Bærum, a suburb west of Oslo. It is located in the borough of Jar, occupying the former agricultural property Grav. Hence, it is unofficially also referred to as Grav or the Grav Waldorf School (Steinerskolen på Grav). The school was established in August 1971, and is both an elementary and a secondary school, leading to the student exam.

Voll, Akershus
Voll is a district in eastern Bærum, Norway. The district Voll was built around the farm of the same name. The farm was mentioned as Vælli in 1398, Woldt in 1578, Wold in 1723 and later Vold. It belonged to the St. Hallvard's Cathedral (now in ruins) during the Middle Ages, and later the state church. In the middle of the seventeenth century the farm came on the hands of bailiff Paul Iversen Vold (1595–1682), who owned several farms in Bærum.
