Gisborne Airport is a regional airport on the outskirts of Gisborne on the East Coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Gisborne Airport is one of the few airports in the world that has a railway line, the Palmerston North - Gisborne Line, crossing the main runway.

Harry Barker Reserve
Harry Barker Reserve is a cricket ground in Te Hapara, Gisborne, New Zealand which is named after the former mayor of Gisborne. The first recorded match held on the ground came in 1948 when Poverty Bay played Hawkes Bay in the 1948/49 Hawke Cup. The local council purchased the ground in 1962, prior to which it formed part of a nine-hole golf course. The ground held its first first-class match Northern Districts played Otago in the 1974/75 Plunket Shield.
