Heythuysen
Heythuysen is a town in the south-eastern Netherlands. Until it became a part of Leudal on 1 January 2007, Heythuysen was a separate municipality, including the villages of Baexem, Grathem and Kelpen-Oler. Heythuysen is home of the famous Grand Café Tom Tom.

Roggel en Neer is a former municipality in the Dutch province of Limburg. It covered the villages of Roggel, Neer, and Heibloem. Since January 1, 2007, the area has been a part of the new municipality of Leudal.
Baexem
Baexem is a town in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is a part of the municipality of Leudal, and lies about 9 kilometres northwest of Roermond. In 2001, Baexem had 1961 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.58 km², and contained 774 residences. Until 1991, Baexem was a separate municipality; it then became a part of Heythuysen.
Beegden
Beegden is a town in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is a part of the municipality of Maasgouw, and is located about 6 km west of Roermond. In 2001, Beegden had 1703 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.48 km², and contained 667 residences. Until 1991, Beegden was a separate municipality. During that year the town became part of the municipality of Heel en Panheel. In 2007 the municipality of Heel en Panheel, including Beegden, became part of the new municipality of Maasgouw.
Grathem
Grathem is a village in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located in the municipality of Leudal, about 10 km west of Roermond. Grathem was a separate municipality until 1991, when it was merged with Heythuysen.
Roggel
Roggel is a village in the Dutch province of Limburg. It is located in the municipality of Leudal. The former municipality of Roggel merged in 1991 with Neer. The new municipality was initially named "Roggel", but changed its name in 1993 to Roggel en Neer. In 2007 Roggel en Neer became part of the new municipality of Leudal.
