San Nicolás de los Garza, sometimes known only as San Nicolás, is a city and coextensive municipality in the Mexican state of Nuevo León that is part of the Monterrey Metropolitan area. It has become primarily a city for residencies and family houses, although it still has several factories that tend to relocate to the periphery of the metropolitan area. It is the third-largest city in the state, behind Monterrey and Guadalupe.

The Talleres Station (aka Terminal Talleres) is a terminal station on Line 1 of the Monterrey Metro. It is located on Ave. Solidaridad and Esquisto St. in the San Bernabé VI neighborhood in Monterrey, Mexico. This station is named after the Metrorrey maintenance shops (talleres) that are located right after the station, and its logo represents a train during maintenance. Although this part of Line 1 was operational from the start, the original terminal of Line 1 was San Bernabé station.

The General Anaya station (Spanish: Estación General Anaya) is a station on the Monterrey Metro and the former northern terminal station of Line 2. However, since an expansion opened in 2008, Sendero is now the northern terminal station on Line 2. General Anaya is an underground station located on Avenida Alfonso Reyes in the city of Monterrey. The General Anaya station is located nearby the FEMSA headquarter building and just a few steps from the Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma.

Cerro del Topo Chico
Cerro del Topo Chico is an inactive volcano located in the western portion of the city of San Nicolás de los Garza and within the northern limits of the Monterrey metropolitan area (both cities are in the Mexican state of Nuevo León). The San Nicolás Station (Spanish: Estación San Nicolás) is a metro station along Line 2 of the Monterrey Metro. Located near the IMSS Zone Hospital No. 6, the station was opened on October 1, 2008. It is an elevated station built into the median of Mexican Federal Highway 85 where it intersects Benito Juárez Avenue. The station's original name was to be Juárez, but was changed to San Nicolás because of its location in the center of the city of San Nicolás de los Garza.
