Amecameca
Amecameca (formally Amecameca de Juárez) is a town and municipality located in the eastern panhandle of Mexico State between Mexico City and the Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl volcanos of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It is located on federal highway 115 which leads to Cuautla, which is called the Volcano Route (Ruta de los Volcanes).
Tláhuac
Tláhuac is one of the 16 delegaciones (boroughs) into which Mexico's Federal District is divided. It is located on the south east edge of the district and while much is still rural in character, it has been undergoing urbanization with the fastest rate of population growth in Mexico City since the 1960s.

Los Reyes Acaquilpan is a city and governing head of the municipality of La Paz in State of Mexico, Mexico. The area was part of a region called "Atlicpac" which in Náhuatl means 'above or at the edge of water. ' The current city's/municipality's glyph symbolizes water.

Lake Chalco
Lake Chalco was an endorheic lake formerly located in the Valley of Mexico and was important for human development in central Mexico. The lake was named after the city of Chalco on its eastern shore. Lake Chalco and the other Mexican great lakes formed the ancient Basin of Mexico lake system. These lakes were home to many Mesoamerican cultures including the Toltecs and the Aztecs.
San Andrés Mixquic
San Andres Mixquic is a community located in the southeast of the Distrito Federal (Mexico City) in the borough of Tláhuac. The community was founded by the 11th century on what was a small island in Lake Chalco. “Mixquic” means “in mesquite” but the community’s culture for most of its history was based on chinampas, gardens floating on the lake’s waters and tied to the island.
Tlapacoya (Mesoamerican site)
Tlapacoya is an important archaeological site in Mexico, located at the foot of the Tlapacoya volcano, southeast of Mexico City, on the former shore of Lake Chalco. Tlapacoya was a major site for the Tlatilco culture. Tlapacoya is known in particular for Tlapacoya figurines. These sophisticated earthware figurines were generally created between 1500 and 300 BCE and are representative of the Preclassic Period.

Chalco de Díaz Covarrubias is a city that is municipal seat of the surrounding municipality of Chalco. It lies in the eastern part of the State of Mexico just east of the Federal District of Mexico and is considered part of the Mexico City metropolitan area.
Valle de Chalco
Valle de Chalco, officially named Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, is a municipality located in Mexico State, Mexico, on the eastern outskirts of the metropolitan area of Mexico City. Formerly part of the municipality of Chalco, it was split off as a separate entity in 1994, during the presidency of Salinas de Gortari, under his Programa Nacional de Solidaridad (National Solidarity Program).

It is located in the Colonia Santa Martha Acatitla Norte and Colonia Santa Martha Acatitla Sur neighborhoods of the Iztapalapa borough of Mexico City. Chalco
Chalco was a complex (singular) or Chalcah . In the 14th and early 15th centuries, flower wars were fought between the Chalca and the Aztecs. Serious war erupted in 1446. According to the Amaqueme historian Chimalpahin, this was because the Chalca refused a Mexica demand to contribute building materials for the temple of Huitzilopochtli. Chalco was finally conquered by the Aztecs under Moctezuma I in or around 1465, and the kings of Chalco were exiled to Huexotzinco.

Chimalhuacán (Nahuatl for "place of those who have shields") is a city and municipality located in the eastern part of Mexico State, Mexico. It lies just outside the northeast border of the Federal District (Distrito Federal) and is part of the Greater Mexico City urban area.
Chicoloapan de Juárez
Chicoloapan de Juárez is the municipal seat and largest city in the municipality of Chicoloapan in State of Mexico, Mexico. It is located in the eastern part of the state, just east of Chimalhuacán and northeast of the Federal District (Distrito Federal), within the Greater Mexico City urban area.
Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl
Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl, or more commonly Ciudad Neza, is a city and municipality of Mexico State adjacent to the northeast corner of Mexico's Federal District: it is thus part of the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. It was named after Nezahualcoyotl, the Acolhua poet and king of nearby Texcoco, and was built on the drained bed of Lake Texcoco. The name Nezahualcóyotl comes from Nahuatl, meaning "fasting coyote.

La Paz (Spanish: Estación La Paz) is a Mexico City Metro station that serves Line A. It is currently the terminal station. It opened, along with the other stations along Line A, on 12 August 1991. It is located in Los Reyes Acaquilpan, Mexico State – a city that is the municipal seat of the La Paz municipio. The logo for the station is a dove in flight, since La Paz means "The Peace".
Chimalhuacán (archaeological site)
Chimalhuacán is an archeological site located in the city and municipality of Chimalhuacán Atenco in the eastern part of Mexico State, Mexico. It lies just outside the northeast border of the Federal District (Distrito Federal). The name derives from the Nahuatl words “chimalli” (shield), hua (possession particle) and can (place), this would mean "Place of Shields". The ancient name of the city by its founders was “Chimalhuacantoyac”.
Fábrica de Artes y Oficios Oriente
The Fábrica de Artes y Oficios Oriente (Arts and Trades Factory East), better known as FARO or FARO Oriente is a cultural center and training facility located in the Iztapalapa borough of Mexico City. It is the only major cultural facility on this side of the city. It was inaugurated in 2000 with the aim of providing educational and cultural opportunities for some of the most marginalized populations in Mexico City, providing an alternative to gangs and drugs.
