Porullo
Porullo is a village in the state of Guanajuato, in Mexico. It is about 10 square miles in size. Located from the larger city of Yuriria. Those who were born here and live elsewhere often return every year in the month of December. Weddings and Quinceañera parties are planned around this time of the year. Porullo is visited by men from most of the neighboring villages (including El Salteador, Zapotitos, and El Puerto) because of the un-married women in the village, 16 or 17 years of age.
