Riverside Canal (El Paso)
The Riverside Canal is an irrigation canal in El Paso County beginning southeast of El Paso, Texas. The canal acquires water from the Riverside Diversion Dam on the Rio Grande River 15 miles southeast of El Paso. The canal is managed by the US Bureau of Reclamation. The canal extends for 17.2 miles with a capacity of 900 cubic feet per second. Water from the canal irrigates about 39,000 acres (160 km²).

KELP is an American radio station licensed to serve the community of El Paso, Texas, USA. The station broadcasts a Christian radio format to the greater El Paso metropolitan area. The station is currently owned by McClatchey Broadcasting. KELP airs a mix of local and syndicated programming, including several shows from the Moody Bible Institute. The station was known as KINT until May 7, 1979, when it became KKOL. In the early 1980s it switched to the KELP call sign.

KHEY is a Fox Sports Radio affiliate in the El Paso, Texas, USA area. The station is currently owned by Clear Channel Communications. The station is also broadcast on HD radio. Historically, KHEY was one of several country music stations in the El Paso, Texas market, and was the last AM station in the market to keep its country format. The station was assigned a frequency of 690 AM, owner Clear Channel communications swapped frequencies with station KTSM in the year 2000.
Senecu, Mexico
For the original pueblo of Senecú, see Senecú. Senecu (Senecú del Sur, San Antonio de Senecú) is a small Mexican village, now on the outskirts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. It is at an altitude of 1123 m. and lies within the Chihuahuan Desert ecosystem. Senecú del Sur was founded in 1682 by Piro Indians from Senecú, New Mexico, who fled south along with the Spanish after the Pueblo Revolt. There is evidence that some Tompiro joined the pueblo.

The church is part of the Word of Faith movement, giving Abundant life teachings. Pastors Charles and Rochelle Nieman started preaching the gospel in 1977, holding services in a tiny railroad hall in El Paso.
Battle of Ciudad Juárez (1919)
The Third Battle of Ciudad Juarez, or simply the Battle of Juarez, was the final major battle involving the rebels of Francisco "Pancho" Villa. It began on June 15, 1919 when Villa attempted to capture the border city of Ciudad Juarez from the Mexican Army. During the engagement, the Villistas provoked an intervention by the United States Army forces protecting the neighboring city of El Paso, Texas.
El Paso Ysleta Port of Entry
The El Paso Ysleta Port of Entry, is located at the Ysleta–Zaragoza International Bridge. It was established when the first bridge was built at this location in 1938. The bridge was rebuilt in 1955, and again in 1990. The current border insepection station was also constructed at that time.
