Genting Highlands
Genting Highlands, otherwise known as Resorts World Genting, is a hill resort in Malaysia developed by Genting Group. It is nestled on a mountain peak (maximum elevation about 1,860 metres) within the Titiwangsa Mountains on the border between the states of Pahang and Selangor of Malaysia. Resorts World Genting is operated by Genting Malaysia Berhad (formerly known as Resorts World Bhd), which also operates Awana chain of resorts & hotels.

Within the Temple is seated a black statue of the Reverend Master Chin Swee who has long been referred to as a deity in Fujian Province for his supernatural abilities to summon rain and drive away evil spirits. Theme Park Hotel
Theme Park Hotel was built in 1971 and it is the first hotel to be built at Genting Highlands. Theme Park Hotel was initially called the Highlands hotel, but it was later renamed as Theme Park Hotel. The hotel was planned on 31 March 1969 by the founder of Genting Malaysia Berhad, Tan Sri (Dr) Lim Goh Tong. It is located at the main entrance to Genting Outdoor Theme Park. It has 423 rooms.

Highlands Hotel is one of the 5-major hotels beside Genting Hotel, Theme Park Hotel, First World Hotel and Resort Hotel located at Genting Highlands, Malaysia (not to be confused with Highlands Hotel as the initial name for Theme Park Hotel). Highlands Hotel is geographically located at the Pahang side of Genting Highlands. It is a 5-star hotel and it houses the Elite Club, the 6-star standard hotel rooms at its top most floor.
