Vratnica
Vratnica is a small village and community located in the Jegunovce Municipality of Macedonia. Vratnica lies in the north-west, and is 22 km away from the city of Tetovo and 5 km away from Jazince - the border crossing point with Serbia. Prior to 2003 Vratnica was known as the Vratnica municipality. It is situated in the upper part of the Polog plain, at the foothills of northern part of Šar Mountain, under the Ljuboten peak. The village lies at 700-760 meters above the sea level.

Tearce
Tearce is a village located 12 km to the northeast of Tetovo, in northwestern Republic of Macedonia, about 15 kilometres from the border with Kosovo. It is a seat of the Tearce municipality. Population 3,974 (2002). The B-405 road connects it to Tetovo. Tearce has an Albanian majority. The remaining population is Macedonian, Turkish, and Roma. The village was affected by the conflict of 2001, which strained relations between the ethnic groups in the village.

Lešok Monastery
The Monastery of Lešok is a monastery 8 km outside Tetovo in the Republic of Macedonia. Lying at 638 metres above sea level it is located on the southeastern side of the mountain Šar Planina. In its complex are the churches of St. Athanasius of Alexandria and the Holy Mother of God Church. The Church of the Holy Virgin, built in 1326, is an excellent example of Byzantine style and architectural tradition. The church has three layers of frescoes.

Piribeg
Piribeg is a mountain located between Kosovo and the Republic of Macedonia. Piribeg reaches a height of 2,524m above sea level and is a peak of the eastern part of the Šar Mountains. Located on the slopes of Piribeg is the largest ski centre in Kosovo, Brezovica. At the peak of Piribeg, there is a large pole that brings people by elevator to the top of the peak at 2,524m. From there they are free to ski down as far as the ski centre.
Big Jažinačko Lake
Big Jažinačko Lake (Albanian: Liqeni i Jazhincës; Serbian: Велико Јажиначко језеро, Veliko Jažinačko jezero) is a mountain lake in Kosovo, found in the eastern part of the Šar Mountains. Big Jažinačko Lake is 2,180 m above sea level, just under the peak of Peskovi, which reaches a height of 2,651 m . Its maximum length is 125 m and its maximum width is 90 m . On some sides the lake is surrounded by large rocks which makes it ideal for animals to hide or live in.
Štrbačko Lake
Štrbačko Lake (Albanian: Liqeni i Livadhit or Albanian: Shterbaqko; Serbian: Штрбачко језеро, Štrbačko jezero or Ливадичко језеро, Livadičko jezero) is a mountain lake in the Šar Mountains in Kosovo. It lies at an elevation of 2,173 m above sea level and has a maximum length of 228 m and a maximum width of 120 m . It has a great depth for a mountain lake, with 7.30 m being the maximum depth.
Pena (river)
Pena is the biggest Šar river in Polog, after the Vardar River. It is the biggest Vardarian tributary from the Šar lakes.

Dobrošte is a village situated in the northeastern side of Tetovo, Macedonia, within the 15-km of road along the Tetovo - Globocica highway. Under the new territorial division, Dobroste was moved from the Tetovo municipality to the new municipality of Tearce.
