Moi Air Base

Moi Air Base, formerly known as RAF Eastleigh and Eastleigh Airport is a military airport located to the east of Nairobi, in the Eastleigh suburb. The airport is used by the Kenya Air Force. Additionally, the air base is the home of the East African School of Aviation run by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, which was established at the airport in 1954 as the DCA training school. The airport is also used to train Kenyan Air Cadets.

Moi International Sports Centre

The Moi International Sports Centre (abbreviated as M.I.S.C. ) is a multi-purpose stadium in Kasarani, Kenya. It was built in 1987 for the All-Africa Games held in Nairobi. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium was used to host the 2009 MTV Africa Music Awards. The stadium had been closed since January 2010 for major renovations costing about Ksh. 900 million, which was funded by a grant to the Government of Kenya by the Government of China.

Humble Hearts School

Humble Hearts School, Kenya's first bilingual deaf school using Kenyan Sign Language and English, was started by Beatrice Anunda on 9 September 2003. Anunda was taught Kenyan Sign Language (in University of Nairobi's KSL Research Project), and came across a nine-year-old deaf child called Melinda in Doonholm.
