Atami Station is an interchange railway station of Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) in Atami, Shizuoka, Japan.
MOA Museum of Art
The MOA Museum of Art is a private museum in the city of Atami, Japan. It was established in 1982 by the Mokichi Okada Association (MOA) to house the art collection of their founder, multimillionaire and religious leader Mokichi Okada (1882–1955). It has collections of classical paintings, scrolls, sculptures, porcelain and lacquerwork from China and Japan. Major exhibits include National Treasures such as the Edo Period "Red and White Ume Blossoms" by Ogata Korin.
Jukkokutōge Cable Car
The Jukkokutōge Cable Car, officially the Jikkoku Cable Line, is a funicular line in Kannami, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan operated by the Izuhakone Railway. The line was opened on October 16, 1956 by the Sunzu Railway Company, which was acquired by the Izuhakone Railway in 1957. The line climbs Jukkoku Pass, literally meaning "ten countries pass", as its is claimed at ten "countries" can be seen from the summit of the pass.
