Nagoya, Saga was the location of a castle in Matsuura District, Hizen Province. Today, the area is part of Chinzei in the city of Karatsu in Saga prefecture. Toyotomi Hideyoshi made Nagoya his base for directing the invasion of Korea.

Genkai, Saga is a town located in Higashimatsuura District, Saga, Japan. It has an area of 36.00 km² and as of February 1, 2009 has a population of 6,496. It is currently the only municipality in Higashimatsuura District. There was a town with the same name in Fukuoka Prefecture, but it now no longer exists.
Nagoya Castle (Hizen Province)
was a castle located in the old Hizen Province of Japan, now split between modern Saga and Nagasaki prefectures. The historic castle was the base from which Toyotomi Hideyoshi launched his invasions of Korea. None of the original structures remain, but the castle's ruined foundations survive in the formerly separate town of Chinzei, now part of the city of Karatsu in Saga Prefecture .
Saga Prefectural Nagoya Castle Museum
Saga Prefectural Nagoya Castle Museum opened in 1993 in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, Japan, on the site of Nagoya Castle, built in 1591 as the base for Hideyoshi's invasions of Korea. It displays artefacts excavated from the castle site and other materials relating to three main themes: (1) the history of exchange between the Japanese archipelago and Korean peninsula; (2) the preservation of the Special Historic Site of Nagoya Castle; (3) cultural and academic exchange between Japan and Korea.
