Namba
is a district of Osaka, Japan. Namba is regarded as the center of so-called Minami ("South") area of Osaka. Its name is one of variations on the former name of Osaka, Naniwa. Namba is best known as the city's main south-central railway terminus: JR, Kintetsu, Nankai, and three lines of the Osaka Municipal Subway have stations there. Some of the most famous images of Osaka, including the Glico Man and the Kani Doraku Crab, are located around the Dōtonbori canal in Namba.
Namba Station
is a name of two railway stations in the Namba district of Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. One is owned by Nankai Electric Railway and the other is by Osaka Municipal Transportation Bureau. The names of both stations are written in hiragana on signage within the stations, because kanji "難波" can be also read "Naniwa". However, the name of both stations officially employs kanji, printed on train tickets. They are close to JR Namba Station and Ōsaka Namba Station.
Ōsaka Namba Station
Ōsaka Namba Station is a railway station on the Kintetsu Namba Line and the Hanshin Railway Hanshin Namba Line in the Namba district of Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. It is adjacent to Namba Station and JR Namba Station. Trains of the Nara Line depart from and arrive at the station. The station was first named Kintetsu Namba Station on March 15, 1970 when Kintetsu's Namba Line opened. It was renamed to the present name on March 20, 2009, the date of opening of the Hanshin Namba Line.

Namba Parks (なんばパークス Nanba Pākusu) is an office and shopping complex located in Namba-naka Nichome, Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan, the south of Namba Station on Nankai Railway. It consists of a high office building called Parks Tower and a 120-tenant shopping mall with rooftop garden. Namba Parks was developed by Jon Jerde of The Jerde Partnership in the footprint of the since closed Osaka Stadium. Various kinds of restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Italian, etc.

Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium
Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium is an indoor sporting arena located in Namba, Osaka, Japan. It first opened in 1952 and the current building was constructed in 1987. It is the venue of a professional sumo tournament held in March every year. The capacity of the arena is 8,000 people. Its total revenue for the 2006 fiscal year was 260 million yen, of which sumo provided 80 million.
Nipponbashi
is a shopping district of Naniwa Ward, Osaka, Japan. The area is centered along Sakaisuji Avenue, extending from the Ebisu-chō Interchange of the Hanshin Expressway in the south, to Nansan-dōri in the north. Known colloquially as "Den-Den Town," Nipponbashi is known for its many shops which specialize in furniture, tools, and "otaku" interests such as electronics, animation, comic books, and collectibles.
Osaka Stadium
Osaka Stadium was a baseball stadium in Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan. The stadium was opened in 1950, with a capacity of 32,000 people. It was built over the site of a red-brick tobacco plant which was destroyed during the bombing of Osaka during World War II. The stadium was torn down in 1998 and was entirely replaced by the office and shopping complex of Namba Parks in several stages, with final construction ending in April 2007.
National Bunraku Theatre
The National Bunraku Theatre is a complex consisting of two halls and an exhibition room, located in Chūō-ku, Osaka, Japan. The complex was opened in 1984 as the fourth national theatre of the country, to become the headquarters of bunraku. The Japan Arts Council, an Independent Administrative Institution of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, operates the National Theatre.
