Mino, Kagawa
Mino, Kagawa was a town located in the former Mitoyo District, Kagawa, Japan. On January 1, 2006 Mino was merged with the towns of Nio, Saita, Takase, Takuma, Toyonaka and Yamamoto, all from Mitoyo District, to form the new city of Mitoyo and no longer exists as an independent municipality. As of 2005, the town had an estimated population of 9,952. The total area was 19.34 km².

Located at 521m halfway to the top of Mount Zōzu, the shrine stands at the end of a long path, with 785 steps to the main shrine and a total of 1,368 steps to the inner shrine.

Zentsū-ji
The Byōbuura Gogakusan Tanjō-in Zentsū-ji is a temple of the Shingon sect in Zentsūji, Kagawa, Japan. It was established by Zentsū Saeki, the father of Kūkai, in 813. The East Academy (Tō-in) and the West Academy (Sai-in) are within Zentsu-ji precincts. The West Academy is Kūkai's birthplace. Zentsū-ji is temple No.75 in the Shikoku Pilgrimage.
Motoyama-ji
The Shippōzan Motoyama-ji is a temple of the Kōyasan Shingon-shū sect in Mitoyo, Kagawa, Japan. It was established by Emperor Heizei's instruction in 807. Hayagriva is a principal image now. Motoyama-ji's Main Hall completed in 1300 is a National Treasure of Japan. Motoyama-ji is temple No.70 in the Shikoku Pilgrimage.
