Valle Sabbia
The Valle Sabbia is the second-largest of the Tre Valli Bresciane, situated in the western part of the province of Brescia. It takes its name from the reto-ligurian people of the Sabini. On the Trophy of Augustus, among the names of the Alpine peoples defeated by Augustus, the Triumplini and Camuni appear, but not the Sabini.
